I have to say I have lived in a lot of different places, but hands down Ivy Pickwick apartments has the best management I have ever experienced. Even though the apartments are a little outdated, the maintenance team and management make it extremely comfortable. These apartments are also the lowest priced in the area, so if you are looking for a budget friendly place to live in a safe neighborhood I strongly recommend Ivy Pickwick apartments.

This is a good place to live. They fix things quickly and the price is fair. The new manager lives here and is available to us even on weekends which is nice. He keeps the grounds clean and I've seen him before I go to work cleaning the laundry room and BBQs. The neighbors are quiet and it's located near the freeway which is convenient.

When I first moved in the leasing office was a complete mess. The previous manager of the complex gave tenants empty promises and misinformation that did not stick when she was fired. Spent a good 5 months without a lease and arguing with corporate to get it squared away. It's been about 6-8 months since the new complex manager came in and things are getting better. Communication between tenants and manager have improved and there is clear transparency. I still have my doubts with the company as a whole but the manager is one who need to clean up after their mess. So kudos to the manager for turning

I've lived at the ivy apartment for a couple years nice place great location the only issue was the Apt. management it kept changing every few months and no one was ever around to take care of anything. recently they got a new Apt. manager named Brent who is amazing and takes care of everything right away and you only have to ask once. Alll and all great place to live now that they got that cleared up.

Spacious apartments, nice property manager but it's an old crumbly building with major plumbing, cockroach, mold/mildew and asbestos issues. Heating doesn't work. Smells come in from neighboring apartments cooking. Carpet is gross. Pool is filled with hose water and not heated. Washer/dryer unit takes 5 hours for a cycle and clothes is damp. Can't run washer past 10pm upstairs or neighbors will complain. People leave dog crap and don't pick it up. They also charge you ridiculous sums out of your security deposit for just paint. Anything they can charge you they will. Ventura

After living here for some time I can tell you it is a great deal. Excellent location close to shopping and public transportation in a quiet neighborhood. The management does a great job. Susan and Mike are helpful with anything you need and very responsive. The apartments and grounds are well maintained and repairs are made quickly by in-house maintenance techs who are friendly and professional. They do a background check so you have good neighbors and safe/peaceful living. I would definitely recommend coming here if you are looking for a nice place to live.

I would have to disagree, yes they have had different on site manager but the main property management company act's fast and takes care of all problems in a good amount of time. I 've been here going on two years and they have gone out of there way to make me a part of the community.. Thank you Stephanie at VPM and Jeanette for always answering my questions and calls..
