We are a pet friendly apartment community! We are pleased to accept cats and dogs. The following non-traditional pets ARE allowed: turtles, non-poisonous frogs, domestic hamsters, hermit crabs, gerbils, small domesticated birds, and domestic fish. Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable.

Lived here for 3 years never had an issue until the last year living here. Maintenance has continued to park in our specific parking spot that we pay extra for. People peeking into our garage including onsite staff. New management is unwilling to work with you. Had no warm or hot water for first month of 3rd lease in new unit. Maintenance left water line to fridge unconnected causing our floor on the 2nd floor to flood. When we were given our key to move in they unit was not ready and maintenance was still fixing issues to the apartment from previous tenants on our move in day. Staff did not show

Was just great and then we took a townhouse with attached garage... overflowing garbage all the time , debri all over the yards, the kitchen here is warped and peeling cheap countertop coverings and worst yet RATS IN our house and garage. I believe when CAROL head lady ran a cleaner and more responsive duty to clients. I have a new car and cannot use it due to rats. this after five great years here. It may be time to relocate when our contract expires

Rented a two bedroom Apartment, two garages, and two parking spaces for two years. Service was horrible. Business office was closed and was to be converted into a Yoga Studio. The Gym was for residents but instead was used as a business office for two personnel trainers. So from 5am to 9pm people that did not live there were in the gym. Both treadmills were always broken. Both pools were a mess. Parking was horrible after 3pm. Weekends were the worst. Many Apartments had 5 to six people living in them because of the $2,000 cost per month. Paid to have the Apartment painted prior to move in with

Aside from the occasional gun shot heard down the street. The neighbor hood is okay. Some of the units are nice, depends on whether or not they have been updated. We lived in a town home unit and then moved down to a 1 bedroom to try and save money. Glad to be out of there now. For the price they aren't bad but if you can afford a little more I would look somewhere else.
Cons:
- Parking is terrible. I had to constantly park on the street.
- My truck was hit on two separate occasions, breaking my tail light 1 time and destroying my bumper on the second time
- The apartment complex nearby attracts

I've lived in various properties around the U.S. it's my first time in the west coast and I'll say this place is very good for the area. The property is very clean, no drama of parties etc. Michelle, Amanda in the office are good professional team to get the work done. The rent is competitive for the area. I've made good friends in this place. If you have pets, you'll meet diverse people from everywhere just walking your dog around. In the last one year, I only had my maintenance request missed once but every place has it ups and downs but there are few downs here. There have been times I've had

We've lived here for several months now and my overall experience has been great. There are some parking issues (not enough "free" parking) but I knew this when I moved in so I don't really have much of a complaint about it. The staff has been fabulous. They've all been so nice and helpful. And since we're on the backside of the community, it is relatively quiet. The floor plan is excellent and we love the amenities. It is a little bit pricey, but again, I knew this going in and made the choice to pay for it. I wasn't able to find any other communities that I liked as well. We're very happy here
