I love my hair! My hair is jet black, very curly and long! I asked Mari for some dimension and something that would also show when my hair is curly! She gave me EXACTLY what I wanted without me having to show 30 pictures. I showed her one picture and she delivered! The chestnut highlights against my skin tone was spot on. I asked Alex for more layers because I felt like my hair was weighing me down. He gave me some framing around my face and some volume in the back! I am extremely unhappy with the lack of communication and timely call backs from Bella Rinova. After not receiving "timely call backs" twice about available appointments with specific a hair stylist, I requested to have the owner call me. Instead, I get a call back from the manager who is the one who had not called me back twice with "time sensitive" information.
When spending the amount of money, I have spent at this high-end salon I would expect better call back responses a well as customer service.

Raquel is THE best there is! If you are blonde, look no further -this is your girl. She’s super fast at highlights!! You won’t be sitting in the chair forever- she’ll start your highlights and she’s done before you even know it! She also gives tips on how to style your hair and how to keep your hair healthy! The salon is absolutely beautiful, clean, and the entire staff is so friendly! She has a few key products she offered me on my first visit that have changed my hair so much for the better! 10/10 recommend.

I would recommend Bridget to anyone. She is very efficient and skillful. She is fun to be around too. I can trust her with my extremely curly hair. I’ve had some horrible cuts in the past - she has even fixed one of my really bad haircuts that was very uneven. I appreciate her a whole lot and won’t go to anyone else for my hair cuts. While it’s pricier than I would prefer, it’s worth it knowing my hair is in good hands and I always leave loving it.

Wonderful salon! I thought being in River Oaks it would be stuffy and uptight but it was such a wonderful experience. From the reception desk to the stylists to the shampoo chair everyone was so warm, welcoming and professional. I love my hair color and will definitely return.

I love coming to Bella Rinova! Every time I arrive I am greeted by the front desk, the receptionist there ALL are amazing! I go to Master Stylist Kevin, I’ve received a color service and a Brazilian treatment so far! I love, love, love my hair! Salon is upscale and everyone is very welcoming from the receptionist, shampoo area to the stylist. I highly recommend Bella Rinova! If you love luxury and diverse this is the place to get your hair done.

Raquel Calhoun is absolutely wonderful. I'm originally from Los Angeles and I tried 4 separate salons in Houston and had HORRIBLE experiences with every single one (my hair broke off right before my wedding) so I continued to go to California. Two days ago I went to Raquel and I finally feel comfortable and trust someone with my hair and highly recommend her.

I had an appointment with Kevin and he was amazing. The salon is beautiful and the staff is very welcoming. The lady that washed my hair was great felt like she was massaging my head rather than washing it which was a plus for me. Kevin took his time to assess my hair to make sure I got what I wanted. He made sure to take his time so not to compromise the health of my hair. It was an amazing experience. I will definitely be back to get another haircut with him once I'm ready. Thank you Kevin!

Destiny is amazing! If you want to be blonde blonde (like next level Nordic) AND work with a stylist who makes you feel comfortable but is also incredibly talented and professional then you need to go to Destiny at Bella Rinova.

I'm extremely disappointed in the poor customer service I received when visiting for my consultation. My consultation was all of 3 minutes and I received the worst treatment I've ever experienced. I would have never even booked a consultation if they had made me aware that I'd be charged $50 for those 3 minutes if I decided not to go forward with booking a service.

Destiny is the queen of blondes. Ive never been so happy with my color! I've seen her twice now and my hair has been so healthy and it's never brassy! Always perfect and bright. If you're blonde or need highlights you have to try her. The salon is on the top floor inside the river oaks district. Beautiful space and friendly staff. Highly recommended!

I've already written a glowing review about my colorist extraordinaire, Eric (a true master and color genius,) and this time, I must rave about my stylist. I chose Ryan, solely, because his bio on the Bella Rinova website specifically states that he specializes in long hair styles. Well, he is a true artist.
But this is what makes a GREAT stylist: he didn't ask me what I wanted. We agreed on the amount to cut (I took 6 inches off the length,) and then he went to work. He has the confidence and ability to pull that off, working purely on instinct. He's the pro, so I didn't question

Stunning, gorgeous first-class spot with prices to match. Loved getting my hair beautifully done here but I came for a dry style - no wash - just curling iron and was charged $68 for a 25-minute service. I was very happy with the results, but not sure that the value was that much more worthwhile than a Dry Bar - especially for less than half the cost.
I am biased about the makeup artist (Oscar) because he is amazing and a total sweetheart. Just not sure I love the makeup line they have as much as I love him - will give it another try and see how it wears.
