I always want to give this place a chance and I am always disappointed. I ordered a chicken sandwich for lunch and can not even bite the meat. It is so overcooked I am unable to chew it. I paid extra for the waffle fries for them all to be cooked together in one hard lump :( Nasty is the best description for the food here so I guess they are consistent?! You would get a much better chicken sandwich from McDonalds.

The food was very good but I hate it when you wait for your salad only to find out your dinner comes on your second bite of salad.
Maybe it's just a pet peeve, but I like to relax when I go out and spend my hard-earned money not be rushed.
I feel like I have to eat my dinner while it's warm so my salad gets warm or eat my salad while it's cool & crispy and then my dinner gets cold.

The food was great but I'm only giving 1 star because of the service. My friends and I were there the other day and one of our orders had some kind of cheese on it that we didn't know it came with nor did we like the taste. When we asked if we could get it remade without the cheese, the waitress told us we'd have to pay extra for it to be removed. So we literally paid for something that we didn't even eat.

We had a small-ish gathering of 20 people at the Portage location tonight for my parents anniversary. We reserved the patio and the set up and service was AMAZING.
Our waitress, Shelby, went above and beyond for all of us and was very quick and consistent in everything she did. No one ever had to ask for a refill, she was on top of it.
The food was delicious as always and everyone had a great time! One of my favorite places to eat. 100/10 recommend for a gathering or family dinner. 🙌🏻
