Never going back. Unfortunately very disappointed with our food from Campus Wok. The two sushi rolls we ordered had small portions but were tasty. After that everything was downhill. The hot and sour soup was certainly sour but not in a pleasant way. The soup contained little vegetables and tofu. There was no meat which would have been okay if there had been more veggies to fill the soup out. The spring roll was good but the egg roll we ordered seems to have been a spring roll simply fried. The fillings were identical. Egg rolls should have a different filling from a spring roll. There was no shrimp

Ordered about $20 of delivery to my college dorm and it took about an hour to get here. Nothing spectacular, but it's solid for the price and you get enough to have leftovers for the next day. The fried rice and lo mein are good, but the miso soup is pretty bad. The seaweed was tough, the texture of the tofu was pretty unpleasant and the broth was really thin. Stick to more average main dishes and you won't be disappointed

I don't typically leave reviews, but I felt this time it was necessary. I'd like to start by saying that if you live close to the restaurant, you're better off just picking up your order instead of getting it delivered as it will be much quicker. On multiple occasions our order has taken over an hour to get delivered to us. Tonight it took 2 1/2 hours for our food to get delivered to us. Our food was lukewarm and we had to reheat it and the quality of the food was different than usual. I understand being short staffed and busy causes longer delivery times and lower food quality,

Honestly my favorite Chinese place in the area, while other places are over-saucing their sesame chicken, Campus Wok is always just right on point while I usually get a Crab rangoon side, which ALWAYS taste just as good as the last time, the few times i get eggrolls are also never disappointing. If their was 6 stars id give it. Thanks for reading

With so many Chinese restaurants available my family of 9 an I chose Campus Wok! From the pictures it looked like good Chinese. Well 6 out of 9 came down with food poisoning after eating Campus Wok. I understand everyone is low staffed but don't give out bad food. Myself included Ive thrown up 15 times because of what I was given which was the spicy general chicken. Give out genuine food and not food poisoning.

Disgusted!!! I ordered 2 large orders of their orange chicken and a large beef fried rice the night before last...... Just gross. The food was definitely reheated from earlier that day or the day before. The chicken was mushy on the outside and dry and tough on the inside! The beef in the fried rice was dry and tough like it had been re-heated a couple times and nothing was hot, just luke warm. I normally don't even write reviews, but I was SO disgusted the other night I couldn't help but say something. $40 waste, I will never eat here again!!!

For delivery orders, don't bother asking for chopsticks because they will not listen or pay attention to details in online orders or anything. Don't waste you're time/effort with this place cause you wont get what you want. The food is cheap tho.... >.>

Fast service..Fried wontons were horrid called to complain they said their have very little meat because their for soup,my pinky nail is bigger then the meat they put in in them.
Our order was wrongwhay they delivered.
The meat on our entree was so tiny like it had been already chewed,barely tell the difference between the noodles or MEAT..

I am DONE trying to order food for delivery overnight for me and my coworkers here at the hospital. They fail to call the right number to tell us that the delivery is here, they are super rude over the phone about it even though it is not the customers fault. After I call to check on the status of the order they refuse to take it back out to us. This has happened too many times to excuse as a single disgruntled employee.

I use to work here and love the food. Today I called in a lunch order and spoke with someone whom had clearly just woken up and asked "what do you want" Unfazed I placed my order for delivery, where I have food delivered at least 10 times in the past. The employee proceeded to tell me I was out of delivery range (Im only 8 minutes away and order at least once week or use to lol). I told him that must be a mistake and continued to repeat the address. At this point I was told "That isn't the problem, do it again and ill cancel your order." Turns out he didnt have the correct address like i told him

I Haven been able to order their food for a few months,freaking credit card problems. So it was all fixed and I ordered. It's the best Chinese food in Kalamazoo. And I've had them all. And me being fat and lazy I believe I'm an expert on the subject. I eat out 5 nights a week and at least twice a week it's Chinese. Awesome food. Even my picky eater wife love the honey chicken and their appetizers. Wow she eats alot(hahahahah). The delivery is extremely cheap and their drivers are awesome. A dollar a delivery. I absolutely love this food. Keep it up.

One of the worst places I have ever been to. I have been twice since being here in Kalamazoo. Tonight I had ordered two dinner platters online and after over an hour of waiting for the food to be deliver i had called. They had told me my order had been misplaced and that if we want our food ordered delivered it would be another 45 minutes added on to the hour I had already waited. I decided to come pick it up and when I got there the guy that had came to my car told me that it wouldn't be free after the person on the phone had told me it would be. the man got an attitude and walked away and

Delivery order was placed at 2:50 pm March 8, 2020. An hour later, I called to inquire when my order would arrive. They missed my order from the online system and never made it. They said there would be an upcharge because it is no longer lunch (12-3pm). They would not fill my order without charging me more, and then they cancelled my order as they would not fill it.

Some of their employees really need to learn better customer service. A little goes a long way. Hunan Gardens is better for multiple reasons, quality of food and service are the top two reasons. Don't waste your time (at least an hour of it waiting on the food) or your money. South China is also better in my opinion in terms of food and service.
I have been giving them my business semi-regularly since I moved to Kalamazoo 7 years ago. I haven't had too many issues other than the extremely long delivery times and sub par food but because the prices were good I let it go, until today

Sometimes I'm super happy with my orders and other times I'm not. It all depends on how many good pieces of chicken you get. I just ate a fortune cookie for the first time and it was moldy inside, so that's not good. I go time to time and I would go so much more often if I could trust in getting good chicken pieces.

We eat here so much it's crazy. We often do take out. Our order is always ready quickly and when they say it will be ready it's ready. The beef and broccoli is killer, with tender juicy beef, and veggies are that are always cooked just right. It may not be the prettiest place or the most modern but the food is good.

... but threw out everything I ordered from campus wok which was a chicken entree and noodles. It tasted completely off and kinda like cigarette smoke? I couldn't stand it. For it being so horrible I was surprised since it seemed popular. After asking about it my coworkers said it's the drunk/high college students who love it. That seems insulting to drunk/high college students because even then I can't imagine eating this. That level of quality might be the sign of an off night if you've had it and
