This is my child's second year in Alki Coop and we love it so much. We love the play-based education model, the parent education resources, the teachers in the classroom and the community of parents and kiddos that we are building for our family. I'm excited to enroll my younger kiddo for next year.

Unbelievably given the location of the preschool there was a child named Aryan (which is never an acceptable name given the political association) in my child's class. The lead from the sponsoring college introduced him to the class one day as quote " our friend Aryan". Not surprisingly, we had issues such as a parent putting her hands on and interacting with my child in a way I felt was inappropriate. We dropped out of the class and canceled our enrollment for next year. Class is/was having issues keeping students as other families have left as well.
