DO NOT and I mean DO NOT apply to this place unless you know you qualify for sure.I have been waiting for my refund of $370 since the 2nd of november.I have called multiple times trying to figure out where MY money is.Each time I am told I will receive a call back and never do.Im sure they will get on here and try to give some sorry excuse but its getting rediculous at this point.I have received no information on where my money is and haven't received even half an apology.PLEASE BE CAREFUL with this poorly managed and unprofessional place.

Was given false information after doing my application for my move in time, brought them my divorce decree & was told it wasn't all the papers (it was a uncontested divorce & the paper said it was official & finalized in the last paragraph) & they called & left voicemails & called my emergency contact (they didn't) & was refunding me my deposit, then told the tenant was being served with an eviction notice then the case got thrown out then they were taken to court again & finally got told they had 7 days to be out of the apartment I was waiting for that I had put money down then got a call the

Went and spoke to them twice, went the 3rd time spoke to another young lady. Brought back my money orders and was told they did not do tax credits and I would be charged the full price, in spite of what my income was. Their website states they do work with tax credits. I really do need to apply for an apt.😩

The woman in the office told us to be there at 8 so we went and got the required money orders hoping to be able to apply and put our deposit down. We showed up about 830 and the door is locked so we waited until a couple come around the corner and politely I formed us that they should be there around 9 to 930 so we waited patiently until 10 and no one showed up to unlock the doors so we left. I dont know who owns these apartments but you should definitely have some words with your staff to ensure they are doing their jobs properly and not misinforming possible renters or causing you a loss of potential

I gave 3 stars because the outside looks very nice. We have been unable to see anything more as of yet. My daughter has been trying to get in touch with someone at the property. She has been unable to reach anyone. She is interested in renting a unit. Is there another number to call other than the one on the website or could you please give me the hours of operation so she can come by to speak with someone and fill out an application? Don’t bother applying. My boyfriend and I applied on June 3rd, first thing Monday morning after trying to apply Friday and their application system not working. Today is Thursday the 6th. I have called both the on-site and off-site office every day, multiple times a day to receive feedback on the status of our application, after having been told on Monday by April that we would receive word back by the end of the day. No one answers the phones no one really. No one replies to voice mails. No one sends e-mails. There has been absolutely zero correspondence of any kind that has not been initiated

Went to the office Wednesday to fill out an application and there was a lady there that was very rude. Would not do an application with me. Said it wasnt her normal property and come back Thursday or Friday. I had all my documents with me. I told her it was my only off day she just shrugged her shoulders and said sorry. Obviously they don’t need renters. I won’t bother going back. Seemed nice to see the work they are doing but don’t wont to deal with staff like that. I’ll go elsewhere.

I too am relocating and thought the apartments were nice. But I did think it was a little funny to ask for a deposit on a unit you have not been approved for YET. Me being an accountant for sure thinks it is a way to get money from peeps to fund their operational cost. Knowing in advance that this person over qualifies for the unit in question. If I decided to apply, I will be dealing directly with Corporate on what the income requirements are to make sure i am good on that before giving my money.

Be careful with your money here. Before we handed our deposit and app fee over, everything was fine. They had an apartment available immediately, was given location of the unit, a description, and told multiple times "you're approved". Things began coming up that she'd dismissed before, which we rolled with because we needed a place to live. The very last thing was written employment verification which, again, fine, I get it.
