This is by far the nicest well run apartment in the Angleton, Lake Jackson area! We retired her 4 years ago and have loved every moment! This complex 5 years old and has everything! The manager is the most compassionate person I’ve eve met! She goes out of her way to have special events for residents and makes sure we all get to know one another! Our gates work!!!!! I’m very very picky and have to feel comfortable in my home! I brought my Chandelier from PA , it’s like a real cozy home! We are currently waiting to move into a three bedroom apartment. I have waited 4 year’s! My life will

Great apartments! Great management as well. I have been living for about two years and it’s been awesome. Maintenance request are fast, crime is low, the gates work (unlike at many other apartments), and neighbors are also fine as well. The only downsides is that it is a little pricey for the area and morning/afternoon school traffic can be annoying to deal with.

Our time there was good & we moved out on the date we were scheduled to move out completing our lease. We were charged rent & water after we initially moved out, but I did give the keys back a couple days late, therefore lost over half of our deposit.

I loved living here for a little over two years! Prices could be lower, but overall, it was a wonderful community, staff, and neighborly living experience! I didn't want to leave!
