I highly recommend this apartment complex. Staff is amazing and very friendly. Units are great, and is great shape when you move in. The maintenance team also do a great job. Even when we had the bad storm where we lost power and water. The maintenance crew got it all back up as fast as they could. They do also have move in specials from time to time. Which makes it very easy to get settled in your new home. Everyone knows moving is a stressful thing. Staff at Angleton Manor makes the move as easy as possible. So yes I do recommend this complex to anyone looking for a new home.

After a drastic change in my parents life I was forced to move my parents closer to me to care for them. Maggie the manager @ Angleton Manor helped me in more ways than one. She has been so understanding and accommodated my parents with their disability needs. Her kindness and friendliness and BIG heart for people has given me so much reassurance that my parents Will be living in a great place under great management. Thank you Maggie Sandoval!!

If I could, I will give this place a 0 star, the new manager lady was the most disrespectful person that I ever seem, I love the younger girl that works there, but the new manager lady she knows nothing about her job, few time we were there she can’t find paper work, she don’t know how to use her system, why are you even the manager? I told her I need her to give me the number of the boss she hand up on my, I told her to watch the way she talk to me she said”you not my customer”. Honestly, as a person been working in customer service, this lady was the worst, and made me regret moving to

100% recommend Angleton Manor! The rent is super affordable compared to most other complexes. I’ve lived here going on 3 years and moved into a newly remodeled, cute, and clean apartment. The management team is amazing. They’re always willing to do whatever they can to make sure you’re happy and comfortable. Very pet friendly. Any maintenance issues are usually taken care of promptly. Love calling this my home!

I’ve been living at Angleton Manor for the past 20 years. The manager and staff is very nice and they always taken care of any problems that arise. The maintenance staff is fast and they’re worked hard to keeps the surrounding area nice and clean. I am happy with my residency here at Angleton Manor. My reason to move out is I am relocating out of state. Otherwise I would continue my stays until I retired.
