They are recently under new management again but.. I do not recommend you to move there. The apartments have mice in the walls, they are overrun with roaches, things are constantly breaking down, but the worst part is that maintenance will walk right in your apartment unannounced. It doesn't matter if you are home or not. Have been caught getting out of the shower partially clothed and coming face to face with the maintenance man. Most of the time it takes maintenance forever to fix the problem if they even fix it at all. Hopefully the new management will do a better job.

I am very happy living here. The apartment inside and out is clean and updated. The staff is very friendly and the communication they provide is solid. I have lived here for almost two years and anytime my apartment has ever needed attention it is done immediately and throughly. They continue to update the property with improvements big and small and I love the fact that they invest to make it a better place for the sake of residents. The laundry facilities are nice and I feel very safe here. This is the first apartment I’ve ever lived in that feels like home to me and is the best apartment complex

Texas Angleton Ranch has improved over the last two years I've lived here. The new paved parking lot is awesome 👍. I came home recently and found my AC was not working. The office responded promptly and my AC was repaired within a few hours. Keep up the improvements and quick responses and you'll do great.
