I like this office!! The staffs are very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend coming to this office for any dental needs. The overall service was great. The front staff and the assistants were very polite and knowledgeable. They put my interests first, which was very pleasing. The suggestion made by the doctor actually saved me money. I finished my first appointment with this office and I am really pleased with the experience. Their hygienists are amazing, very gentle to the point where I had no clue which teeth she was working on. She is very kind and informative which I do appreciate. Front desk was also very kind and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this office to family and friends!!

Each time I have visited with different issues the dentist and staff were sensitive and caring and listened to my questions. I am gratefull for their wonderful care . All rules are followed for COVID, everyone’s friendly and very helpful, the Dentist and dental assistant are very professional, I’m very pleased with them and would recommend them to family and friends!!!

Most AMAZING dental office in Metro Atlanta!! They accept almost all insurance plans. If your having a dental emergency they can get you in SAME DAY! The Doctor is great, he ( dr. Beck) explains everything to you and gives you multiple options regarding treatment, front desk staff always makes you feel at ease and welcome as well as the dental assistants who are always friendly and knowledgeable!

My dental appointment today was wonderful. Staff, included! The hygienist was so kind and performed a gentle, yet super thorough cleaning of my teeth. I admit that I can be very insecure about my smile; they are not perfect by far and to have someone all up in my grill is absolutely nothing I look forward to but this place ASSURES my teeth’s health first and foremost. I converse freely with Christina about my oral care regimen without any judgement, and I truly learn from her advice! First visit as a new patient i felt comfortable on the phone with the receptionist when making the appointment. My first impression upon walking in was a good one. The staff was very helping with a patient ahead of me. She had a great attitude and was very nice when i check in. Short wait while i filled out paperwork. In at 7:30 am out at 9:00 am because I decided to get some of the filling done. I have spent over an hours plus in offices so this was a big plus. All the staff once back was kind and seemed happy, must be a nice place to work also!

Staff is superb and Dr. Beck is a fantastic dentist. My previous dentist saw a small concern that they thought keeping an eye on would suffice for, and I was all for not spending the extra money if I didn’t need to, but Dr. Beck thought it best to fix it now because there’s no point in keeping watched on active decay. Turns out under the enamel it had progressed more than you could conclude from the tiny blemish on the outside. The proactive measures! If you’re looking for a new dentist, look no further.

I've been coming to this dentistry since I was a little kid and honestly everyone here is like family. They've always treated me and my family with the utmost respect and they always make sure I'm doing okay. On top of that, they have some of the worlds most high tech stuff ever. It's super clean and relaxing here and all the dentists make you feel very calm.
So if you're deciding between this dentistry and another one, hands down, this is the best one in all of Georgia. Come visit them! You won't regret it!

Best dental office I've been to. I've had the same procedure done with a different dentist and it was miserable, with Dr. Cheng it didn't hurt at all. By far the best dentist I've visited. Amazing staff and even more amazing Dentist! I've never been to a dentist office that is so thorough and efficient.

This is in regards to new management in this office. Unfortunately, I have left this office mostly because I have moved out of state, and would have gladly come back, but my family has also begun to agree that their billing policies could be revised.
The last time I was here, the service was good and the team was professional and knowledgeable but at the very end of a normal routine teeth cleaning (I have no teeth issues), they started tacking on random imaging and other procedures, and when questioned what they were for, they would hastily say it's indicated

There is no way this place is covid friendly. I've never been to a dentist office that has completely open air rooms with patients. There are no doors here. You are sitting in a chair with your mouth wide open next to another stranger with their mouth wide open. Not only is that a privacy issue, but with covid it is insane. Please put up some doors.
Other than the borderline extreme covid issue, I love this place and would have no problem returning after the pandemic.

I went to two dentists and one endodontist yesterday -- I have finally found one patient and knowledgable that I can trust, which is a welcome change... I was starting to think I can't trust any dentist but the doctors here really know their trade and were more than welcoming to me and my situation. We worked out treatment options, weighed the pros and cons, and decided on what's best for me right now.
Truly very friendly staff -- Haven't been to a dentist like this in a long time and looking forward to my next appointment!

This is the best dentist office and dental care I've had. They are always so kind and have always remembered me and details about me when I come! The office is very clean and organized. Great staff, always kinds, and definitely always efficient in making sure your visit goes great, no disappointment what so ever! Dr. Cheng's office is very well kept and great staff! Love the text reminders that they send out. The doctors are attentive and informative on what you need to get done. So thankful to have found Dr. Cheng's office. My mom and I went in for an exam, and had a positive experience. My mom was the patient, so I'm writing part of this review on her behalf since she doesn't have a yelp account.
+1 star: Basics - The office has plenty of parking, the staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. The waiting room and exam rooms are clean.
+1 star: Bilingual - The staff and dentists speak Chinese and English fluently, which I appreciated because I'm an ABC and my mom speaks mainly Chinese.
+1 star: Detailed - The dentist took multiple x-rays, and found issues with my teeth that my previous dentist

I've always been looking for a clinic to go to for my regular dental checkups and I might have just found the right one. The staff here are really friendly and especially Dr. Cheng, who is very professional in her work.
I came here to check out the pain I was having at the back of my mouth and found out that my wisdom tooth had to be extracted. I was surprised how quickly and seamlessly the procedure was done and I highly recommend Dr. Cheng and her team to anyone who needs to go to the Dentist for any reason; from a simple check up, to complicated procedures such as wisdom tooth extractions

I've been a patient of Dr. Cheng for several years and only trust her and her staff's expert hands to handle my teeth. I'm pretty nervous when it comes to dental stuff, but Dr. Cheng always takes time to clearly explain what she's about to do so that I can feel much more relaxed. She's also very kind and sympathetic towards my sensitivity, which I really appreciate. The hygienists who do my teeth cleanings are very thorough and make the procedure comfortable. I recently moved to Atlanta and I needed to find a new dentist. I needed to find an office that would be open on Saturdays due to my work schedule and I didn't get any recommendations from friends so I went to Yelp. This was the first office that I found, so I was like "Why not?". I was surprised at how much I enjoyed the overall experience with my visit.
Some of the things that I enjoyed:
1. Wait time - I'm used to the horrible wait time at any doctors' office, but my wait time here was about 5-10 minutes from the time I sat down to the time that my name was called.
