This book contains fun activities and games that will challenge children to improve their fitness level. No special equipment is needed. This is an extensive resource for anyone who wants to help children engage in effective exercises and have fun! Everything you need to know to get your kids in shape.
I love lacrosse and training girls or boys to get in total shape to play every aspect of the game. All training will be age appropriate. 1. 6. Sue has been so much help to me you wouldn't believe. My highest weight I was 284 and I was able to lose 30lbs on my own but couldn't seem to lose anymore so I started doing research. I was too embarrassed and clueless to step foot in a gym and due to several health problems unrelated to my weight I was concerned about the qualifications of a personal trainer. Then I found Sue. She has helped me lose 60 more lbs at a total of 90 lost!. She has always listened to me when I said something hurt and was always aware of what my needs were. She's amazing!
