The staff was very rude when I lived there. The complex was adjacent to a chicken farm and the stench was overwhelming sometimes. The water tasted awful, like chemicals. And my move-out experience was very similar to some of the others that people have posted: they charged me for door stops, light bulbs, and the toilet seat. I lived in the apartment for 6 months and was away for most of that time for training. If something was wrong with the toilet seat, it was almost certainly prevalent before I moved in and should’ve been replaced beforehand. But, nothing was wrong with the toilet seat, I didn’t

Lived here for a year last year, and of course they taken down my review that gotten a lot of attention . This place is beautiful but the way it’s ran by two different management and both new crew was terrible. Of course this place went the extent in trying to sue for “carpet damages” and “carpet cleaning” then stated that it needed to be replaced. But instead replaced the carpet with wood. The two of us in The house were very clean tenants . Even the actual owner of the buildings commented on how clean we kept the place seeing how far we were in our lease. ( he is a very hard man to

I would highly recommend somewhere else. It’s close to base, but the management is awful!!! Our carpet came up like a month after we moved in they still haven’t fixed it over a year later. If you like nagging notes and fines that don’t apply to this is the place for you otherwise there are other nice places to rent. We will not be renewing this year.

Moved in and after a week I have zero complaints. Manager Stephanie and her assistant Jeri are great. The property is very quiet and there is zero drama or shady activities..There is plenty of parking so you do not have to worry about trying to get that "infront parking space". Another BIG plus is there are multiple avenues of approach to Enterprise depending on where you want to go.. You are 5 minutes from everything and have traffic lights so there is no darting into traffic during rush hour. Awesome place.

Jackson Crossing Apartments was great! My family and I lived in one of their townhomes in Wakefield. Our experience with Stephanie and her team was outstanding—they really provided the best customer service imaginable from move in through move out. They were honest, friendly, and extremely helpful. 10/10, recommend to a friend.

Unethical and shady business practices. A lot hidden fees!
Bottom line: Do not recommend this to anyone. 9 out of 10 people I talked to, you will not get your deposit back.
Here are my experiences with them living with them for 7 months.
1)the luxury used is a understatement. All the counter tops are plywood.
2) air conditioning broke and it took them 3 months to fix
3) walls are thin, I could hear the neighbors conversation
4) upon clearing, they insisted that I had to replace the carpet after some normal wear and tear showed up. The initial inspection was not thorough and took 4 minutes

I love living here. The apartment is the perfect size and I love the open floor plan! Super bright and welcoming. Rent is the best price in town for what I have (2 bedroom 1 bath). Super affordable and very well-maintained spaces and appliances.
No washer or dryers in apartments but they have the hookups for it. It can be a bit hectic trying to… coordinate laundry machines and dryers if you don’t have your own machines, but that’s probably my biggest setback living here.
Maintenance is always responsive and the apartment managers are awesome! I feel safe here and it is a great

Been there a couple weeks now and I love it. Fridge didn't work on move in inspection but a new one was brought up immediately. Office staff was super awesome about working with me while moving across states. My neighbors have all been super quiet and friendly in the hallways and parking lot. I met the courtesy officer in the office on my first day and she was very nice. So far it's been q great place to live and an easy commute to Dothan where I work.
