Wakefield Subdivision is a luxury townhome community conveniently located off of Freedom Drive in Enterprise, Alabama, 5 minutes from Fort Rucker and a short drive to area restaurants, shopping and great schools. Our Wakefield Community includes an excellent homeowners association, pest control and yard care.

I would absolutely rent from this place again, and for anyone that is coming down to Fort Rucker and needs a place to go, Lincoln Square Apartments should be your first option.The office staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, plus they’re understanding and cater well to the military community. They have gone out of their way to help me with my crazy moving timeline and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to rent from. The enterprise gate is only a few minute drive away, and it’s a relatively quiet and nice area for anyone. Thanks so much to this staff, if I ever have to come back

Let me start by saying Lincoln Square has the best office staff ever. If I could I would give 10 stars. I highly recommend this place to be your first choice. The staff made me feel like family during the 5 months I lived there. If you're looking for honestly, Lincoln Square is the place, if you're looking to feel secure and have concerns about your safety, Lincoln Square is the place. I miss the area, I miss the apartment, most importantly I miss the office staff. I normally travel once a year, so I'm always looking for a nice and secure place to stay and I found that here. For nearly 9 years

Eva Seger is a wonderful person and "Manager" at the Lincoln Square Apts. She went above duty to see that my son had an apartment in the time frame we needed it. Coming from out of State She worked with us over the phone several times to make sure all that needed to be done was done for Us! We as a family are very pleased with our encounter with Eva and the Apartment at Lincoln Square. Very nice area for my son to live and start his journey! "God Bless America" & those who Serve Her! ALL AROUND BEST APARTMENTS IN ENTERPRISE
Are you looking for an apartment that checks all the boxes? Lincoln Square is more than an apartment, it's home! This property is so well maintained and efficient. It's amazing how quiet it is here with the amount of tenants. Lincoln Square is away from the busy part of town, but close enough to the shopping. I had an issue after moving in which was quickly rectified by the administrative team of Eva, Lexi, and John. This staff is so amazingly friendly, as well as taking care of all needs, and maintaining the property so that all can enjoy. I can give so

I'm not sure who this Stevens guy is but he clearly didn't live HERE! I moved to Enterprise 1Jan for a leadership position and was displaced from my family. Eva and her team have been amazing!!! Everything she said that this complex was, definitely was true. Great staff, maintenance team and neighbors. I can't say enough about how great Eva and her team have been. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and clean....at least from my experience. I run/walk the neighborhood and my family (now here) do too. I'm sorry if somebody didn't have a good experience. I just can't visualize that it would be in Lincoln

This was my husband and I first apartment. The property managers were very helpful and friendly during our entire rental time at Lincoln square. We hated having to move but had no issues when turning in our PCS forms that we would be moving. Neighbors were friendly and quiet. If we’re ever back in the area and looking we will be back at Lincoln square.
