Highland Hills Apartments

We love living here. It's quiet and peaceful. The staff are always friendly. Have always been very prompt with service requests. Any issue we had, was handled professionally and with courtesy. Look forward to being here for a long time.

I called to inquire about pricing and availability. Ms. Aundrea was VERY helpful and super sweet. I did schedule to come view an apartment and she was very informative and answered all of my questions. She definitely put me at ease. Thank you for being so kind!

It's a good apartment but it's also a hassle, the mailboxes are in the main office separated from the apartment buildings. And a ton of stairs if your on the third floor. It's a nice community and with a gym and pools.

When I first moved in everyone was real nice and things stayed kept up. Over the past year this apartment complex has went farther and farther to the deep end while raising rent costs. Over a month ago I put in a service request for my AC not working. The first week the guy stated he had to order a part. The next week came and I put in another service request. He stated then he needed to order a part. Finally a month later with numerous service requests he said he fixed it. It literally looks like he beat on the unit more than he worked on it so I am writing this review because it's another night

I have lived at Highland Hills for over 3 years. I Loved it. Office and maintenance staff are awesome. Grounds and pool very clean. Never had one issue while there. I recommend this place highly.

I live in the older section with the entrance off of Brannon Stand Rd. The exterior of these buildings desperately needs to be exterminated of spiders and are begging for a pressure wash. My buildings stair well is inundated with spider webs, dead bugs, trash drippings and mold. My balcony is covered in mold. I reported this in my delivery of property report but nothing has been done about it. The interior of my apartment upon move in was very lived in. Who ever lived here before me was not very cleanly. I have chronic trouble with my kitchen sink leaking and the disposal is rusty and only works

I've had a great experience so far. I spoke to a few people there. They got rid of old management and I'm going to Phase 2 to check that out. They've been very helpful so far to me :)
