Obviously those that are giving them 5 stars reviews have some form of personal relationship with the staff. My overall experience was absolutely terrible and all of my colleagues who resided there at one point agree. Don’t get me wrong everything seemed fine during my almost two years, although I had to deal with maintenance on an almost weekly basis cause something was always breaking down here, but with them it was the moving out process where they show their true predatory behavior. I kept the apartment absolutely clean, doing a full cleaning routine every Saturday morning and only had my

I really don't see why there are reviews that are on here with horrible complains, but you are entitle to your opinion. Let me share my experiences with Madison Park Apt, I enjoyed my 7 years with the staff, neighborhood, home and the company within itself. What was stated to me from the beginning before moving in, is exactly how things went. When there was a problem, maintenance was there on the spot to make sure tenants were seen about I can't recall any time I couldn't call on them. I would recommend aday for rental, as a matter of fact I have suggested numerous of time. They are a dependable

The front office works very hard n still has a good attitude. Professional and knowledgeable with a good sense of humor. Will rent again when I come back to the area.

Friendly staff. Quiet area. Not too far from anything (Ft Rucker and the main shopping area of Enterprise.) But you probably knew about that already.
What really sets this apartment complex apart is the proactive nature of the staff, all while not being intrusive. If you are military, which you probably are, then you are probably accustomed to waiting for anything to get done, most commonly AC repair.
I personally know several people who fought for a very long time to get their AC repaired (including at the on base housing provided here) and can tell you that this is not the case here.
For example

This place is terrible. They have a greedy routine of taking outbound tenants for everything they can. When it comes time to move out they will try to get an extra couple weeks of rent from you (whatever is the difference between the 30 days they make you pay after showing orders to them and the day you actually leave for your next duty station/residence) They also tried to charge us 1100 to replace the carpet in the apartment due to some spots that were only visible with a blacklight that they use. When they presented a receipt to prove that the carpet was new upon move in, the receipt showed

This place seemed really nice when I first moved in. I'm in the military and quickly realized they price them selves just below BAH but you have to go get internet which you can't bundle because it had to be completely separate from the cable. Had issues with the owner personally about what can and can't be thrown in the dumpster, if it's something deemed not worthy of their dumpster your told to take over to the construction site dumpster. The pool is closed regularly due to worms, algae growth, or just plain nastiness. Their "gym" is not even usable with the equipment they have not working properly

As a three year occupant at Madison park apartments I will say my stay was pleasant. The staff was very user friendly (Kathy and Carrie) and they always addressed my concerns immediately. The office hours were very good and I liked that I could have my mail delivered to the front office when I was not home and it remained secure until I had time to pick it up (#I'mashopaholic). The grounds always looked well kept. I enjoyed living there even though I prefer detached homes over apartments. My rent was very affordable for a 3 bedroom apartment and rarely is cable included for free so that was another

I would recommend Madison Park Apartments to anybody looking for a great place to live. The location is great, and the onsite staff is wonderful. The property managers will bend over backwards to help with any issues and the maintenance is very quick to fix any problems that arise. The price is very fair for all the layouts that they offer. My overall experience is very good. I highly recommend.

The good thing about these apartments is they were new and clean; however, whenever you step outside you'd instantly smell the neighboring farms manure every day. Also while they are very friendly and helpful when you are living there they will absolutely charge you when you move out.
