I'd be wary of this place for potential renters (military members). We were happy with seeing houses with agents but after reading reviews about their only property manager and how flaky she was and warnings about shady managing practices, to include outrageous repair costs and fees in trending reviews and by word of mouth. We decided to go with another agency after being put on the back burner by that potential property manager. When the news that your property manager is not able to do her job and that no one in the office is able to reach her, along with unsure timelines because of that we choose

I advise everyone to stay away from this place. They are the biggest thieves you will ever encounter. They nickel and dime dime you for things that you did not do to the place. Need return your calls. They take your deposit money and own it. Don’t tell you what they are using it for. By the time they are done they have a brand new unit at your cost. You leave with pennies. No deposit will be available to should you need it for your next move. Have a lawyer handy to get in the mist of world war three with these people. Stay Away….

Working with Becky Hancock is a financial nightmare. I rented a home they managed while stationed at Fort Rucker. The relator Gina Esperanza was fantastic when she showed us the home. However the manager Belinda Somersal is awful to work with. She is blatantly
rude and unhelpful during nearly every interaction. Her employees would even openly comment on her consistent mood swings and rude behavior.
We requested maintenance on issues in the home when we first moved in to include carpet repairs, light/fan repairs, etc. The walls had damage and many of the fixes from previous tenants were carelessly

Let me just say, so please read the reviews before renting from this organization. I was a very good tenant, always paid on time and I was never late. I also never caused them any problems. Before I moved in I noticed there was some damaged caused by the hurricane. Notably on the walls and on the base of the wall. The balcony needed to be repaired and they assured me that they were going to repair it and that's one of the reasons why I decided to move there. Unfortunately, I had to break my lease 2 months to a year that my lease was going to be over. Unfortunately ,they wouldn't work with me and

I will start off by saying they have really nice office staff and I hear the property sails side of their business is very professional. However among the Enterprise locals they have a reputation of being among the worst property management companies in the area, and the Houseing office staff on Fort Rucker roll their eyes what you mention Becky Hancock.
For owners they have a reputation for neglecting repairs and basic maintenance for out of town owners, and for renters they are known for being unorganized, loosing paperwork, slow responses. And that’s the reputation among locals, most locals

Hands down, the worst property management company in the area. They will continue to rip off service members and their families due to lack of options/nature of having to PCS/etc. but please bear with the length of this review and DO NOT give them any more business if you can find somewhere else.

My overall experience with them is best described as poor and unresponsive service. With the exception of maintenance, when I would contact the company, I was usually met with unprofessional customer service or simply did not receive responses. Even while I was giving my 30 day notice, it took me 4 attempts to contact them, twice via email and twice via phone, to receive any information or paperwork.

Love the house that I am renting through Becky Hancock Reality. Feel like I am getting a great deal on price per square foot for the area. I have worked with multiple rental agencies in the past, and April and Belinda rest of the office were great and super easy to work with. They worked with me to ensure my ESA dog was welcome. The day I moved in the garage door opener was malfunctioning. I reported the malfunction at the end of the day and the first thing the next morning a repair crew was fixing the issue. Best turnaround time I have EVER experience in renting.

I just sold my house that I had been using as a rental for the last ten years. The property manager Belinda is amazing for owners! We move to BHR with her when she left another agency in town years ago. I would totally recommend them to anyone looking to have a property manager. They also set us up with Tonya Turk for selling our house. Hands down the best real estate agent we have ever worked with.
