Great place to live! Staff is very friendly maintenance does a 10/10 job. Coming from a maintenance guy myself I have never seen a maintenance team work harder then they do. The pool has never once been dirty (that says a lot) I have lived here for over a year now and don’t plan on leaving until I buy a house of my own!

The office staff and maintenance are all super kind and responsive. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my nearly 18-month stay but it’s time to move closer to work. The interiors are a bit dated if you don’t go with an upgraded unit but other than that this was such a cozy place to call home. It’s all about how you make a home, not how it comes.

Paul and Greenfield Village front office team are fantastic! They respond to questions quickly and always communicate various events set up for the “neighborhood” or work being done around property. I was in an updated unit so it was a little extra to live there but the unit was incredibly clean moving in and didn’t feel like I was living in an apartment from the 80’s/90’s. It was easy (but expensive) to break the lease when i was relocated for work but I definitely would have stayed longer if I could have! Location is great next to walking/ biking trails that lead to the library, Hancock

I have lived her 29 years, June it will be 30 years. I love living here because it has always been close to shopping and my work. I wouldn't go any place out even if it was cheaper. It has always been like family. I love the events the girls do. The maintenance team is always there ASAP no matter the time of night or day. Friendly Fun Staff!

Greenfield Village Apts has some of the nicest staff! They all do great on interacting with their tenants and make living here fun! The maintenance always gets done in a timely manner and they always do a great job with anything I ask for! Love that they are pet friendly and have a cute little park for my furry friend.

I’ve lived here for nearly a year now, and have renewed my lease for another year. All apartment staff is very professional and friendly. The apartment grounds and apartments are very well kept. The maintenance staff is very knowledgeable, and any maintenance is completed expediently and well. I love living here!!
