The New Warren Harbor

Moved in here 2 years ago. since the new owners took over we have seen amazing improvements being done. They actually care about their tenants. Keep up the great work

I had three stoves the cords caught on fire I never saw the security they said that they had the cones up some kinda reason not to give you your deposit back after living there for 4 years how you think the carpet would look like they always changing office Mangerment it was really hot out and they decided not to open up the swimming pool there dryers always broke down not a safe place to live at I will not rent from them again

I have been living here since 2019 and nothing have changed, in 2020 I was promised that things would change now that Pepper Pike took over but it never did, the ground floor leaks everytime it rains and all they do is call a company name One Way to extract the water and leave a fan for days on end to dry the carpet. In the meantime you have to suffer the inconvenience of packing your stuff up on each other until the apartment is dry.

I love my apartment, it has much more room than my other apartment. I especially love the dishwasher, lol

I am currently a resident here and these are by far the worst and unprofessional apartments I have ever lived in. The people at the office are so rude it makes me sick every time I have to communicate with them. They are unprofessional. They will harass about stuff they want you to do or things they need from you but they will not communicate with… you when it comes to your apartment or lease or anything! The maintenance picks and chooses what is considered a emergency maintenance problem and they are taking they sweet time getting my patio door fixed from being shot on on New Years. You

I love the quiet community. I mean you can look out the window, or sit on you balcony and enjoy it.

Warren Harbor is a phenomenal place to live. The apartments a incredibly spacious, and the maintenance team strives to keep the property clean. This place has no fans and lighting in kitchen or bedroom no screens in Windows not painted cob webs in kitchen living room not really updated where I'm at just moved in Maintenance is a joke need new Maintence supervisor no carpet any where in my Apt was not cleaned when I move in had to stop do first walls ruff and bad drywall fix right. Streets have pot holes as bad as Indy. Girl Assult here few days ago.Management here and home office need changed. I waited three day and still no Maintence on unit so I go this weekend with out it this place is run down

Cheap apartments and they have a decent square footage.
That's the only good thing.
I lived on the top floor, and had a leak in my bathroom ceiling from the day I moved in til the day I moved out.
Heat broke a few times during the winter. Maintenance "fixed" it several times.
Do you like roaches? Well guess what the roaches got dibs on that place first. The apartments won't do anything about them. I had to bug bomb my place from day 1 until I moved out. I had to get rid of all my stuff because the entire building was infested. I had to shake out everything else that I kept before I packed it

I signed a lease for Warren Harbor in June 2013. I never got to move into the apartment due to it being overrun with roaches. Upon entering the building there was a very strong odor, when we walked the apartment there where roaches coming out the phone jack and hanging from the freezer along with dead roaches on the floor. I asked to be transferred to a different apartment and was told I would have to pay an extra $125 a month if I wanted a new apartment.
After taking video of the apartment and recording conversations between myself and the staff they agreed to let me out of my lease. They did

I'd like to preface this review by stating that if I could rate this apartment with 0 stars, I would. We lived at Warren Harbor from August 2012 to July 2013.
Advertised "fully renovated" apartments, and playground/basketball court areas; None of these were true. The linoleum in our kitchen and bath was torn and on move in were promised a fixed floor which never happened. The apartment was dirty, as if their cleaning staff had merely walked in and back out. The dishwasher was "fixed" twice to no avail. Among a pool of annoyances with what was supposed to be a "renovated apartment."
