I lived here from April 2020 to October 2021 and I absolutely loved it. I know it is a game of chance, apartment living... A lot of the unpleasant things that can occur have nothing to do with the property itself, but more of the people that are your neighbors.
Luckily my overall experience was wonderful.
The property is well-maintained by the leasing office and management was constantly sending out reminders about what you can and cannot put outside and reminding dog owners to pick up after their pets.

We lived here 8 years ago for five years and we were very pleased with the environment. Fast forward to March 2020 we moved there again. Now, what a difference. The lanscaping care is very sub par. Dog owners do not pick up after their pet. The parking and driving areas are 3rd world country roads. The Maint guys are awesome. They go above and beyond. But the management, whole different story. We are looking to buy ASAP and leave this near slum.

Best apartment complex I ever lived in! Seriously miss it! The staff was amazing! They always addressed any issues immediately, while having any issues was rare. They were very helpful and so nice! They power washed the hallways during the warmer months to keep them clean. The grounds were always well maintained. I even watched the office manager, Missy pull weeds and trim dead branches from bushes. They take pride in the community they service. The trash dumpster was always kept clean and clear of large debris. My apartment was cozy and I loved it! I enjoyed the pool in the summer and the clubhouse

They took down my review for it being too brutally honest. Horrible place to live. They have a roach problem as well! They will harass and harass and harass you! They also like to mess with your final bill, so make sure you take pictures of before and after, you move in/out! luckily we did! They really tried to screw us, and got shut down real quick. Do not move into these apartments they are terrible!

My husband and I had a great experience here. Our unit was in good condition when we moved in, just a bit of regular wear and tear like a scuff on the fridge. Maintenance was always prompt about our requests, the common areas were well-kept, and we never had any issues with the office. We were here for two years, and we only left because we wanted to move to Indianapolis. We were sad to leave!

I’ve lived here for 4 + years and have enjoyed the location and the awesome staff Misty and Tessa at greenfield crossing. When I first moved here they made me feel very welcomed and apart of the community. Since new management took over they have upgraded some payments methods, the detail billing, the app to make and check on maintenance request as well as trash pick up at your door. Overall the community and the staff are excellent!!!

I haven't moved into a property here yet, but I've been looking around, and the people who have helped me and let me look at one of the apartments have been extremely helpful and informative! They've been able to help me with any questions I've asked and its made my apartment shopping experience so much easier. Hopefully I choose this place and they let me move in, because they have been hands down the best people I've ever worked with.
