The office staff Anna was VERY helpful. She had no issues with being in the rain showing my daughter and I apartments. She was great with returning emails and calls. I was not able to get approved due to slumlords from where I previously lived. But Anna went to bat for me. I will probably end up homeless due to my previous apartments but I will forever be greatful for her help.

Critical: Professionalism
Keep all documentation and take pictures before and after you move out. The only thing good about this place is maintenance is on point and when called they come out immediately. They have a bad mice infestation and I have to seek legal counsel for inconsistencies when I moved out my apartment.

The management is awful, they offer no help or fix to issues. The neighbors are loud with no common decency to
stop after being politely asked. It's the worst place I have ever lived, I wouldn't wish anyone to live somewhere filled with such irritating staff and tenants.

I just want to warn individuals thinking of moving in here. Don't be fooled or tricked by the model apartment you are shown. Also the appearance of the grounds up front are not the same in the back section of the apartments. Trying to find a parking spot is ALWAYS a challenge and peace/quietness does not seem to exist here. I've not had a decent nights sleep since I moved here. The only good thing about this place is the beautiful lake. When I move I will do a more detailed review.

They want your money upfront but I didn’t find out where I was moving until like 5 days before I was needed to move out my other place and didn’t get my keys until like two days before I needed to be out of my other place. Kendra has always been friendly. Though the process is slow. I rate it a 3.5 solely because of the lake view, the office staff has always been cordial, it’s quiet, there are security cameras plus a neighborhood watch, and maintenance shows up in a timely manner(even if your issue isn’t resolved). Kendra has to be the worst leasing manger ever unprofessional and very slow with information sends one email at a time instead of informing you of everything all at once. Told me that my last apartments phone was no longer and service I said that is what’s on google so she informs me that if they can’t get into contact with them my application was denied like it’s something I can do about them not being able to contact a public apartment complex…ask for job verification even after I gave paystubs

Moved in July 2021. Staff very nice and cordial, maintenance is as well. Central air went out at the end of July/ Early August and was out for a week in 90 degree weather, AC was provided. I’m not a smoker yet my apartment and clothes smells like cigarette smoke because my neighbors underneath me smoke. Appliances not updated and the dishwasher sometimes leaks. The kitchen drawers are obviously glued together with wood glue and not sturdy, the patio blinds break when attempting to turn them the correct way, the stick piece used for the window blinds easily comes off and parking is horrible. Terrible customer service. I called and asked what I needed to do in order to qualify for approval. NO ONE mentioned that a bankruptcy was an automatic denial. So they basically just deceived me in order to get my application fee. I never would have applied had they told me but they purposely kept that information from me. Super shady and unprofessional. I would avoid at all costs. Not worth living there if you have to deal with those people in the leasing office.

Moved in around June. The carpet was not laid correctly. However they did come and fix that. The shelves in the cabinets are not sturdy. I also have bad spider problem. They claimed that they came and sprayed. I am still seeing them. Other than the spider problem and the other minor issues. I don't have any other issues. Pretty well priced apartment.

Anna was my office staff. She was very friendly and had no complaints with showing my daughter and I apartments in the rain. She was on point with returning calls and emails. I was not approved due to out of town slum Lord's reporting my rental history incorrect which looks like is going to end me and my kids up homeless. BUT Anna went to bat for us and she didn't have to. She truly tried her best.
