They're suing me for an eviction and I don't even live in that state. So... Awesome. There's literally nothing I can do. They also claim damages over the carpet but if they cleaned the outside steps (at all) leading up to the apartments, then maybe the carpets wouldn't be so dirty. And legally they need to replace anyway. They will bleed you of every penny you have when you move out, even if you give them notice.

When I moved in told them That I think the carpet was wet in the bedroom .The manager told me No the carpet are new. In less than three months that’s what happened I asked them to break the lease.They asked me to pay until my lease is over. I asked to move in a different apartment even if they want to change me more. They denied me. They are so careless about peoples health.It is a shame

Worse apartments EVER. The staff doesn’t care about anything. They do things on there own time or whenever they feel they want to. Management is TERRIBLE. Wish I would’ve looked at the reviews before moving over here. If I could break my lease, I definitely would. I have complained about so many things and they have not did anything about it. They buildings are disgusting. My neighbors have roaches. Like these are just not good apartments to move into AT ALL!!!

I've lived here for just over two years with zero problems in the beginning. Recently new people moved into apt 359 and then the problems began: they got a key to my apt (from mgnt. They cut their own keys) and… we're entering my apt at will: used up my butter, stole a shirt and pair of jeans, killed several of my plants, took a shower in my bathroom and left my washcloth full of soap but the police won't budge unless I see them enter my apt. I found a new apt and will be moving soon but if I don't move before my lease expires my rent is going to double because I'm not renewing my lease

Lived here with my partner for two years (2018-2020) and we absolutely loved it. The staff was fantastic, the maintenance was incredibly responsive, we never had a single issue. Our neighbors were very kind. I enjoyed the community quite a bit. The pool was awesome! There was some crime here and there, but I can’t blame that on management, it’s simply the area. We only moved in search of a bigger unit, as the apartments are on the small side. Definitely one the best complexes on the east side.

I have lived in the apartments for at least four years now. The office staff are very welcoming and professional. The maintenance staff are efficient and timely. I have had no bad experiences to speak of at this point. I definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for good market rates and great location near highway, restaurants and more.

Please be very careful! I applied in June, got approved and they sent me a lease which I couldn't sign without viewing my apartment. I called at the beginning of July and was informed me they would call me back when my apartment was ready. My move in date was July 13th,. I sent an email on July 14th only to be told that they called me but they're was no response so they canceled my lease. Well, no one called me or sent me an email. I get it that aplication fee is non refundable but I guess someone is just trying to make some extra bucks through pure lies!

I had to move from Texas to Indiana for a job and had to communicate with the apartment staff via phone. It was such an easy process. I didn't see my apartment until the day I moved. I selected these apartments due to having the best reviews in the area and the easy user friendly website they have. All the apartments near the area still use paper applications and that was difficult for me to do from many miles away.
My whole 9 months of living here was great. Though the surrounding neighborhoods seem a little sketchy, these apartments are very safe. Apartments are clean and well maintained. Maintenance

The staff in the leasing office has been amazing at answering my numerous questions I had! This is my first apartment and they have helped the process go relatively smooth. The apartment itself so far seems great with only minor little things here and there like a screen that needs replaced and the closet door in the bedroom needs an upper track to keep it from bouncing, bit there are no major issues and it was actually clean too! Looking forward to living here!

This is place is amazing! The staff here has been so helpful and resourceful, few small issues with my apt on move in, not big issues just missing drain plug, and disposal not working.they were fixed immediately upon request! Had not maintenance issues during my year lease so that was a new experience coming from living in apartments most my life I’ve found almost all have some issues so that was a relief
