At Kanna Fitness we know that you want to be healthy, confident, and capable. In order to do that, you need fitness and nutrition coaching and accountability. The problem is you get bombarded with information and don't know where to start or what to do which makes you feel lost and overwhelmed. We believe you should get high-quality coaching and accountability from people who understand what it's like to be a beginner.

We understand working out can be intimidating which is why we specialize in helping everyday people get fit for life. Here's how we do it:. Our coaching staff has a wide variety of certifications, but most importantly, they care about your safety and success. At Kanna YOU are our number one priority.
Services
Our classes are universally scalable meaning they are designed to be equally challenging to all athletes regardless of past experience or fitness. Our highly trained coaches will lead you through every step of class: dynamic warm-up, skill warm-up, workout, and cool down. They will also help modify workouts to meet your ability.
We sell coaching. Think of us as educators for fitness and nutrition and you'll understand that you're paying for more than just some pull-up bars and weights in a crowd of people. There are options for your own personal fitness "tutor" (personal training) and options for a small class experience. Personal Training is a great option for those looking for a customized workout scheduled on your own time.
These are the things you get with nutrition coaching. Our coaching is a two-phase approach. During Phase I, we determine a baseline of your current nutrition and lifestyle, do an InBody scan for biometrics, and set you up with a customized plan. After Phase I, you will graduate onto Phase II, where we focus on accountability and tweaking the plan to see optimal results.
Kanna Youth Fitness Classes & Programs lay the foundation for lifelong health & wellness, athletics, and enjoying exercise for youth ages 3 and up. Our coaches introduce, reinforce, and develop functional movement patterns and exercises through curriculum and instruction based on the mental and physical development of each age group.
The 30 minutes of yoga is invaluable to me especially during these crazy times. During and at the end of practice, Emily asks how we feel in a certain position or just overall. I always find it amazing how much better I feel at the end. I'm so grateful to have Emily as our teacher. She is a gift. - Janine.

Kanna Fitness has been the most effective and enjoyable fitness regimen I have ever experienced. The constantly changing mixture of cardio and weightlifting exercises makes every session fun and challenging. The entire community, from coaches to members, is welcoming and supportive.

This is such a welcoming place for people of all levels of fitness. Everyone there is warm! The coaches are knowledgeable and make you feel great about your accomplishments! I totally didn’t think I could make it work into my life’s busy schedule. I’m so grateful I tried it out because I love going and have made it a priority for my health and wellness!

This place has it all. The coaches are so knowledgeable and actually coach you and care about your progress! Each one offers a different area of expertise and provides opportunities to understand the big picture of health and wellness and what it means to be fit for life. I've finally found a home at Kanna Fitness. I've never been this motivated in my life to get up in the early morning hours and show up for an awesome workout and I never thought I'd be trying Crossfit at this stage in my life! Kanna is not just a gym, it’s truly a community of supportive uplifting members. I joined Kanna after being encouraged by a friend who worked out there for a while. I was hooked after my free trial class. You will be challenged and supported to achieve your physical goals here. I go for the community and a great variety of workouts, the benefits for me are equally mental and physical.

We just moved to PA in the middle of the pandemic, and desperately were looking for a gym with a sense of community.
The coaches are friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating.
I love that they have you go through a bootcamp in order to gage fitness abilities, I’ve been to so many gyms in the past and have seen individuals get severely hurt because they weren’t taught the basics. Kanna goes above an beyond to teach and correct sloppy movements to avoid injury.
There is a great energy in this community.
Can't recommend this gym enough.

The staff at Kanna has worked tirelessly to make sure our community is able to safely continue hitting our fitness goals, despite all of the curveballs thrown our way this year. Now on my second round of remote workouts with Coach Hack at Kanna Fitness due to COVID and I couldn’t be more grateful for his guidance. Each time Coach Hack has met with me to discuss what equipment I have at home and what my current goals are.
