Kristi Kingston is a 1997 graduate from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law. I’m appalled by the service that cost me an arm and a leg, and produced no results. Dan Gerash charged me approximately all together $8,000 for basically advising/making me to take a plea. I could’ve been better off defending myself! Then , he wanted me to make sure I meet with recommended by him Psychiatrist! Marvelous! That cost me an additional $1,200.
I’ve spoken with other advocates, and they said Dan Gerash has put no effort to advocate for me.
Never hire him or his psychiatrist. They are just money-grabbing individuals that don’t care about your case (or representing it honestly

A year and a half ago my best friend Tom went missing. After searching for several days we located him in the hospital. He had been hit from behind by a drunk driver, and was lucky to be alive. Dan was my attorney and he got right back to me on my initial call. Diane I believe actually seems to run the office and will make sure you are taken care of.
I have had attorneys in the past that I haven’t felt great about. If you’re having legal problems at all , I would spend a few moments talking to them before choosing another attorney.

I was a young adult and had Mr. Gerash represent me in two felony cases. He charged me enormous fees and didnt fight for me at all. He had me accept a plea bargen by scaring me into believing if I lost a trial I could go to prison. He in no way cares about his clients and is looking for easy money from people that dont know any better. Later I realized the case I was charged with should have not been a felony, most lawyers would have jnown enough to fight for me. Find a different lawyer; best decision you could ever make
