Apartments are completely outdated consistently have to put in work orders to get the apartment fixed multiple times. Inconsistent pricing and rates have lived here over 3 years and every utility bill and rent has gone up year over year trash started at 10$ then 12$ and now 25$. Tried changing rent multiple times mid contract so far 3x this year. Still no upgrades or any major repairs to apartment. Purchased a storage unit only to have our items tossed out of storage with no notice when we asked management about it they informed us due to them not showing the locker claimed on their end, only to

Literally the worse place to stay. Apartmwnt outdated. Horrible communication and so far every year there is new charges and fees. We are Literally putting work orders in every month its so ran down. If it weren't for covid we would have been moved. Will not be renewing here. Would warn others not to lease here. Not worth it with so many other options.

Do not move here. This was one of the worst apartments I have ever lived in. The heat stayed on all year round making our electric bill super high from needing to have the a/c units on all the time. If I didn’t it was like a sauna in the apartment. They never maintained the outside area of our patio/yard area. First week I moved in there was a pipe burst under my sink. They didn’t even clean up any of their mess they made. Also had to get a screen door put on, the guys that put it on damaged it and it wouldn’t work properly and they just left it. The neighbors had dogs that just barked all

I have been living at Eagle Creek for 6 months and have nothing other than good things to say about the Property Manager, Joseph & the Maintenance team! The Eagle Creek team is always very responsive and prompt in completing maintenance requests. The office also follows up on the satisfaction of such requests with phone calls and email. I love it!

I had an issue with my refrigerator. Alonzo and yoshi arrived the morning of my maintenance request day. They were very knowledgeable of the fridge and performed thorough diagnostics to find the root cause of the issue I was having. As I was advised the repair would be a more complex issue. They offered to switch out my refrigerator from the third floor so I could get food back in. Thanks guys, and very tip worthy performance!!!

I was added onto a lease here. My credit was amazing at the time and they still raised the rent. There was an issue with the floors squeaking (even though it was newly remodeled) and they were refusing to fix the issue. they failed to send charges to the correct person upon moving out and I got stuck with the bill. I could go on forever.

I have lived in this apartment community for several years now and overall the neighbors are nice, and the buildings are well maintained. My only complaint is the thin walls and floors in the apartments. You can easily hear your neighbors conversations or playing music at a soft volume. The complex is located in a great area and excellent school district.

Horrible. We were set to move in today. Had our move in truck and ready to go. Pulled up to our unit and right away it was not what we were told it was going to be.
As renters, you seek out certain things and ensure that the place you are going to be paying money for each month will suit your needs. THIS PLACE DOES NOT and will LIE to your face to… get you to sign contract. Let’s just say, I never expected to have 3 different addresses in 1 day.

This place is managed by thieves. They add new charges to your rent at every turn. They started charging me for renter's insurance EVEN THOUGH I ALREADY HAD A PRIVATE POLICY. They started charging for the… storage space that was supposed to be free for each unit. They supposedly leave notices taped to your door notifying you that they'll be taking more of your money, but you never see the notices. When you call the office prepare for a war because the management is trash. They're more concerned with nickle and diming you than the dumpster divers looking to steal your identity or the neighbors
