Ms. Lee was very helpful from the moment I walked in to tour the unit up to the time it was time for me to sign my lease. Very professional and I am excited about the upcoming move. Do Not Waste your time!!!!! Scheduled an appointment with Adam to view complex 3 days prior. Arrived on time, Adam was sitting in office as I waited, Kristie was gossiping with a resident in my presence (unprofessional), never acknowledged my appointment. After about 15min of waiting, she proceeds to take the conversation outside. Keep in mind, Adam has not acknowledged my appointment. I wait patiently for another 20min, suddenly Kristie returns, she's aloof, in a hurry, states she can only show 1 unit (she doesn't have a golf cart available). This complex is not inviting nor the staff

I had stains in between the glass in my living room. It took a while because of the budget to get them replaced but they came out today they were so professional and clean and polite they were in and out in less than an hour. I can finally see out my window again

I thought the apartments online were amazing which pushed me to come for a tour earlier this morning. As I was at my tour With Christi there was an tenet who came in for a meeting at the exact time we were scheduled for our tour. Unfortunately i was very disappointed with Christi, the leasing agent because she was not kind to the tenet. Christi was extremely unorganized. As well as raising her voice to the tenet telling her she could not help even though she told her to come in at the same time we were supposed to have our tour.. Parking is horrible. There’s definitely more units and tenants than parking spots. During my time living there they “generously” offered paid reserved parking, but this is just an attempt to squeeze more money from the residents.
The AC units are really bad. In a two bedroom apartment, there’s a tiny one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. There’s nothing in the secondary bedroom so prepare to bake in the summer.
The kitchen is enclosed with no airflow so cooking at home is also rough due to the heat.
The maintenance team seems very lazy. I reported mold in the bathroom

The office staff besides Adam has a lack of professionalism. The parking is absolutely redicolous that there is no guest parking! I wasn't so concerned at first as I live off 60th street when it eas legal and l certainly am not blaming Axis for that happening.. Because of that law I live in a complex where i can never have any one over after 10pm

Probably one of the worst property management team I have ever dealt with. The staff really seems like they don't care about anything, you know, up until it's time to renew the lease. They raise rates without giving you notice, then insist they did give notice, all in a condescending tone. The gym equipment is okay, but a lot of the times the weights are broken. No oversight on anything. Property is good, but that doesn't make up for the attitudes of the staff.

I came for a self guided tour no one answered the phone to buzz me in when I finally got let in 10 mins later they told me my session had expired! On top of that it was the hugest cockroach I’ve EVER seen in front of someone door in the hallway ! Don’t waste your time l! Waste of time couldn’t even see the apartment and the roach had me disgusted with the place so I just left! I never went in the model the bug was in the hallway in front of someone’s door👍🏽

The worst place i ever lived. The management is horrible and they don’t take care of residents. One of the outlets was burned and was able to see the electrical cables and on Thursday i was calling the management and they said that is not emergency and will come someone on Friday, all day on Friday i was waiting for someone and nobody came, then at 5:30 Pm I called the office and they said turn off the light completely and wait until someone will come, when i asked when they will come they said on Monday because nobody can do it today or tomorrow and on Sunday nobody is working. I paid one company

It is a horrible place to stay. The only thing they do is paint it layer after layer, which peel off, because they do not remove any of the previous paints. Everything in the apartment (closet doors, cabinets, shelves, everything!) is very old/broken. The AC is horrible and you will boil all summer. They have broken amenities and they are stubborn to admit or fix it. Don’t be fooled by the model apartment they show you first. That is just for show and none of the actual ones will be like that. There is no place for overnight guests to park. Their cars will be simply towed away if they park. The

The management in this apartment complex is a joke. Nobody cares and there is no sense of ownership or customer/tenant service, which is a shame because the property otherwise is good and the prices are generally fair. They don't seem to care about tenants they only care about making money. I had a loaner car from a dealership that got towed because It didn't have a sticker on it-well my previous car was totaled and I didn't have access to get the sticker from the car. I was given the loaner car and on Saturday at 6PM long after the office is closed and there is no after hours person

We recently moved and and in a nutshell we love the place! We had a couple maintenance issues come up and they were taken care of in a timely manner. So far it's a quite place to live with a very nice front house staff with special recognition to Bernette and Adam. At this point I would highly recommend Axis at Westmont.

Me and my husband have been a resident of Axis since 2015 i.e. 5 years. We have had our share of disappointments but nothing provoked me to write a negative review like the recent situation.
We were denied extension to stay for 3-4 more days after our lease ended even after we offered to pay the whole month rent instead of just those days. This little flexibility by the management , if they had helped us, could have enabled us to catch our international flight back to our home county safely without having to lurk around for hotel accommodation for 3-4 days and thus endanger our safety . Please

Not a luxury apartment complex. Hallways stink like food. No ventilation. If it snows be prepared to salt the entrance to the building yourself because they drag their feet. Management is very unapproachable and good for nothing. Apartment size is 850 sq ft yet the ac unit inside is rated for 450 sq ft therefore the summers are unbearable if temps go above 85. Laundry is shared and most of the times 1 of the machines are down or you have to cycle it thru twice it has been like that for 3 years nobody is fixing it yet they increased their laundry prices.Unorganized asks you for multiple things that

In June 2019, it will be one year here at Axis, and we still love it. New management arrived around the new year and I feel they are doing GREAT. Whenever I have had any issue or problem, they have been quick to address and resolve it. I recently had a problem with my A/C. The maintenance man was very friendly, professional, and fast. He followed up with me to ensure all was good and let me know that if I ever had any emergency issues after hours, maintenance is on call to help. I am truly thankful for the care our new management has for us. Thank You!

-5 Stars. Been living here 2 months - worst mistake ever. Apartments are labeled as "luxury" and they are sloppy. Public halls and areas are hardly ever cleaned - soiled carpets, chipped painting, horrible smells daily. No ventilation so it's constant odor. Neighbors blast music all hours of the day - thin walls and ceiling - can hear general talking. Don't be fooled by "new management" - they could care less. Every interaction I've had they come across as we are a bother to them. Shared laundry - rooms are horrible. Every other day there is dirt and trash in
