We were worried about our fridge because we thought it had completely stopped working and the maintenance was fantastic. Giving the place a 2 instead of lower because the apartment itself was nice. Everything else is terrible. First, when you move in you're given your folder and a second copy of your lease and told you have to go through the apartment and return said documents with notes on anything damaged or you are liable for that damage when you move. You have 72 hours to do so. Fun when you're trying to move and get settled. Not to mention you don't notice all details right away. Upon my own inspection the ceiling above the ac unit was bubbled and clear water damage visible. The tub coating was bubbled and removed

Been living here for a few months now. Have had to deal with a number of water issues, including standing water in the entry hallways that force water backup into the apartment through the toilet and shower drain. These backups usually result in maintenance shutting the water in the complex off for extended periods of time, and has been a major inconvenience over the last few months.

My car got towed day one of moving into this place, Anthony forgot to give us the sticker but gave me a folder for everything else for the unit and promos stuff, login info, etc while giving us the keys for the unit to move in (but no sticker). By the time we were done moving in it was about 9pm and the front office was closed. We go and confront management about it the next day due to us being towed and they said they would reimburse the towing of $218.50 (not including the $30 dollar Uber to get there it was 16 miles away) then later denies the reimbursement and places the blame onto us and denies

Been here for a week and this place is already becoming one of my favorite places to live. The community appears to be kept after well. Having a balcony in front of one of the ponds is so peaceful. There are ducks and geese everywhere, so being an animal lover, thumbs up for this.
There is only one washer and dryer per building. I worried about the availability of being able to use the washer and dryer, as people in my previous apartment building would leave their clothes in the washers and dryers for many hours, however, my current neighbors seem to be considerate of each other.

I’ve lived here a few months now. I’m in one of the upgraded apartments with the grey floors, slate appliance package, and farmhouse sink. I really enjoy waking up to the ducks and ducklings, geese and goslings swimming around in the pond or walking by my patio munching on stuff in the grass. I’ve been watching them grow up from hatching. There’s even an otter! (I had to google it because I didn’t realize otters lived in small ponds like this, but apparently they do).

We moved here back in April and so far have no complaints! Such a great area to live in and all of the amenities that come with the place are spectacular. My boyfriend and I use the gym, grill area, dog park, and pool.
The gym is very spacious and has a lot of different things you can do. Never too packed which is nice especially with the time we are in now. Every time I go which is usually later in the afternoon there is always someone cleaning in there so it’s nice it’s well kept up with.
