I went to apply for a townhome and the staff was so friendly. Which was refreshing because it had been a long morning of rude property managers not even trying to speak to me.. They were incredibly well listeners and great conversationalist !! I was unable to view a fresh Model however their office is a empty until which they allowed me to view for reference. The bedrooms are a really nice size considering! I was told each until comes with laundry !!! Which is exciting because most places around Essex don’t have in until laundry. Overall I’m very excited to move of if I get approved simply

I've been living in Essex park for two years. I recommend two people to move in did not get anything for it. And now there under new management. The pool haven't been open. The apartment building are always Dirty and you have to fight to keep other people out your hallway building. Cant wait to move

Went in with my brother to see about a place and the lady at the rental office sitting in the front has 0 customer service skills. Shes rude and seems as if her life is in shambles. miserable is more of the word. sitting through her explaining everything i was already ready to go. told my brother when we left to NOT even think about moving there. area seems nice but you will not treat my brother any old way. get a new office person with respect then maybe you'll have more tenants and the ONE 5 star review they have they must have knocked 20 dollars off someone's rent to write it because im sure

I lived here with my good friend for almost a full year and I must say, for the area the townhouse we got was great. Very spacious, clean and overall pretty quiet. The amount that we were paying for a townhouse blew my mind, it was such great quality without maxing out our wallets. I loved our house, the price and the leasing and maintenance team were great. No complaints from me.

This place was OKAY when Westminster own the property. However, since UNEXPECTEDLY being taken over by Gheller Properties, it has gotten WORSE. You have a convenience fee for paying your rent and water (which is $40 a month) online. They allow maintenance to work PRIOR to their background checks coming back (as a former inmate was in my home - I work for a Maximum security jail). They came in and made changes to the faucet system without notification - (so my $40 a month water that I pay for comes out 3 drops at a time while washing my dishes). I've been scheduled to have my cabinets replaced since

Do not rent from this place your kids get bullied from other kids. The other kids try to break your satellite dish. This place also has people that just throw there garbage on the street instead of the dumpsters and they don't repair anything in your unit. We went outside of our door and my husband found 4 dead rats on our porche

I wouldn't want none of my family members or friend to move in these townhomes or apt. The workers on the property is inconsiderate about there tenant. When I first moved in I seen so many roaches. The two tenant on the side of me refused treatment. How I don't know how they can do that. And on top I that my oven wasn't working. I called them to fix it they never came until two days later. If i could've founds something else I would've.
