Maintenance staff is just Great! Shout out to Luke, very kind and very knowledgeable about his job. I would also like to say the grounds man is also very kind professional young man as well. I'm not sure of his name but he's always willing to help out with any situation. Thank you Kingston for having a Great staff!

I have had issues with my air confining several times this summer and each time it started Friday evening and every time I called the emergency line I was told that someone would be contacting me. Once a maintenance technician would call me I was told I couldn’t get my air fixed until Monday. I have explained to them several times that I’m a 100 percent medically retired veteran with many medical issues to include respiratory issues that is affected by the heat. My rent is always paid ahead of time I abide by the leasing rules and regulation but I have to suffer in unlivable conditions for

My boyfriend and I have not had AC in our house for 3 days now. The emergency line for maintenance keeps ringing and ringing with no answer, and when my boyfriend called the leasing office, they told him it “wasn’t an emergency” and said the technician would be out Tuesday, but never took down any of his information.. so how can a tech come out if they don’t know whose house they are coming to? I feel like they just told him that to shut him up. I haven’t slept since the AC has gone out because it’s so hot in our home. I just think the way this entire thing has been handled is completely

I have not lived here for a year yet. Since I have been here I have experience harassment from management, bad attitudes and disrespect from the office staff. I have a ESA Dog who is on my lease and one day I came home to find a note on my door about the lease in the back yard and a piece off a trash bag which was handing out the top of my can. I attempted to pay my rent online as I usually do only not to be able to because there was an additional fee. I called the office and spoke with Marco who was a bully on the phone as he repeated to me how he did not know i continued to get over with out

Horrible experience living here. Bathroom has been painted twice and needs to be re painted again. Maintenance men are very rude except for one of them. They take forever to fix anything you need fixed but want their money on time. The whole landscaping situation around here is a total get over. This is not coming from a person that only leaves bad reviews because I love to leave good ones as well but this whole company running this place sucks. They do not care about the tenants only about money.

If you like a cool Air conditioned house in the summer please do not move here. The maintenance men need to retire. They take so long fixing things. I had a leak in my living room that the maintenance staff continued to come in and paint over and they never fixed the problem. It took them at least two months to complete the job. My air conditioner never work. I was told by Mindy the office staff that a non working air conditioning is not a priority and it can only be a priority if there is a medical need. Kingston townhouses is not a place for a family to live. They never fix anything they only worry about fixing up the outside never update anything. Outside is great but inside of places falling apart because they never fix anything and wonder why the places are falling apart then blame it on the tenants. If they do fix anything the hillbilly maintenance is no good don't repair stuff right or leaves it left unfinished or doesn't do the job and leaves. Unfriendly staff. Really rude inconsiderate.
