Due to our continued growth, we are looking to add to our amazing styling team. Compensation is based on Summit Salon's level system with stylists' salaries far eclipsing others in our area. I have been to this salon for years. After Samantha left about little over a year ago I tried several other stylists. I can tell you that both hairstylists since have been horrible. Have done subpar work. I had to go back and have it fixed several times. I tried one last new hairstylist. She did not cut the hair at all like I wanted, did not listen to what I was saying and would not even show me the cut when she was done. I left and was in tears. I could not go out in public. I had to find new salon to fix my hair. My family and I will never come back again. It took over 1.5 hours to fix the hair

I can't say enough good things about this salon! I've been coming here for about 2.5 years. I typically see Alyssa but I have seen a few other ladies as well, and they are all excellent and professional! Alyssa is a delight to talk to, and she takes a real interest in helping me maintain my hair at home. Alyssa recommends products in brands I like that have helped me combat dry scalp and breakage, and she's helped me care for my hair through pregnancy and postpartum hair issues.

Been getting my hair cut at Innovative Looks for a while now but decided to change up my hair color since I'm now working from home and they didn't disappoint!! Angeles is my stylist and always has great color suggestions and makes sure that the colors make me look my best! I've had few balayage treatments so far and the rose gold/lavender has been my favorite!
They are also taking lots of precautions with COVID, face masks required, wash hands as soon as you come in, constantly cleaning and sanitizing, etc.

I came in for a blow out with Marisa and loved my experience here.
- Location: Next to Sprint store. Took me a while to drive around and it's a big salon at the corner.
- Service: We started with a mimosa and I felt very relaxed talking to Marisa. I just got my hair dyed so she was extra careful to use products to protect the colors. I absolutely adore the tea tree contritioner and hot towel that they use at the end of the hair wash. It made my scalp feel so refreshed.
- Style: I love how Marisa took her time to style my hair. I feel like I was ready to attend a wedding walking out of there

BEST HAIR SALON! So this was my experience. I went and I was nervous because I did a walk-in without knowing anything about the hair salón. I went to get my hair done for my wedding and I honestly have never seen a job done better than what I got at that salon. The ladies were so attentive and so helpful. Extremely disappointed with my haircut I have longer strands just sticking out wen I straighten my hair or even when I put it in a ponytail I was supposed to have a layered medium bob but instead I got layers in the back of my head only not on the sides. The stylist even asked me “would you like your hair to blend in with the front hair?” I guess that should have been my red flag 🤦🏽♀️ I hesitate so much to go back and fix it with them that now it’s been a month and I’m still trying to find a stylist I can trust.

Angeles did a great job with my hair! Her and Sarah were super friendly from the second I walked in, until the end. Angeles showed me all the products she used on my hair and explained everything she was doing to my hair. My hair looks great and feels very healthy. I found this pace because all the bookings for my hair stylist at visible changes were full. I loved the reviews, but I was still spectacle on how many good reviews they had. My appointment was with Sam, she is wonderful! Sam is a mind reader; I wasn't able to verbalize what I wanted done but I left very happy with the results. I have an asymmetric cut style that I have been trying to figure out how to make work for a while, Sam's version is the best, it works for my hairs' texture and requires little effort each morning.

Visited about a week ago! My service was provided by Melissa. I came in with pictures of the hairstyle I wanted and we talked through how I handle my hair on a daily basis.
Melissa gave me her professional advice and I let her take over. She gave me a great look all while keeping in mind what I want my hair to look like.
I also am not one to go in for regular trims, but since it's her-- I'll come in for one in a couple months.

I've been here a couple of times, and I've had great experiences each time. I had a rough ombre from a couple of hairdressers back that I got that wasn't from Innovative, but luckily Samantha was able to get rid of so much of it out!

Ive been here once before and loved it. I have really thick coarse curly hair. Angeles did so well on my hair. It was soft and had soooo much movement. I rraved about it to my mom and got her to schedule an appointment when I decided to schedule again. We both scheduled it a week in advance. When it was the day of my moms appointment, she showed up and her schedule was no where to be found. We were both upset especially since I told her how much I loved this place. I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Rachel at front desk is very friendly and welcoming. Then Jimmy took care of my hair! He is fantastic. Great communicator and truly knows what he is doing. My hair looks and feels fabulous thanks to him. Excellent quality service every time I am here not only from Angeles who I come to for all my hair needs, but all the staff as well! Angeles is amazing at what she does. I am new to the Houston area so I was hesitant of coming to a new hair salon with a new hair stylist, but Angeles has been great from day 1 and I've trusted my hair with her ever since. I was dreading getting my haircut but it was time- I was looking a hot mess. I had gotten a haircut a few weeks ago at a very popular hair place at the mall; you know what I'm talking about; its green & black and you never know what you're going to get. I paid $70 (what was I thinking?) & it was horrible. Since moving back from Minneapolis, where I had an amazing hair stylist I just hadn't made the time to find a good place. I cheated on my best friend whose a stylist and I don't regret it! I got my hair colored, a conditioning treatment and a haircut and it was all a great experience! Samantha is GREAT! She really listened to what I wanted and took into consideration I have thinning hair and made adjustments when cutting. This is one of my favorite haircuts! And James gives the best washes! I recommend Samantha for sure! :)
