Useless office staff. Woman at the front desk is without empathy and lacks any sense of decency in a time of need. With this rude representation of the administrative staff, I feel very sorry for the residents in this place. The only reason I am OK giving this rating one star is because the only help I got was from the maintenance guy. He should be the one sitting inside to be the face of this operation, and maybe put that woman to work around the complex to teach her a thing or two about dealing with people.

Your staff is always nice, friendly & professional . Question: I received more then one notice about my folding chairs because they are not patio chairs so. I had to take them down. But I see a lot of other apartments with folding chairs out all the time. So do we all need “ Patio Chairs or do’s only apply to some of us?

AWFUL. No stars should be an option. Please don’t move here. Terrible management. Never answers the phone then charges you because you weren’t able to get the answer to the question you’ve been trying to ask. After 10 attempts two days in a row, someone should be able to answer a phone. Always rude and arrogant. Don’t comment and say to reach out because it’s pointless since you won’t answer the phone.

I have lived here for a year now, and unfortunately, I’m stuck living here for one more year because I just cannot afford to move at this point. I have lived in apartments in Phoenix as an rent-paying adult for over ten years now, and never, ever have I disliked a complex so much. About a month after we moved here in 2020, management changed and it has all been downhill since. Want to decorate your balcony and make it homey and comfortable for you? Forget it. No flags, no plants (plants! Seriously?), no nothing but “outside chairs” that they must deem acceptable. Want to place a small table

JaiDa is absolutely the best!!! She truly cares about her residents. Not only does she respond immediately to all needs, she does everything with immense care. She makes you feel like you are the only and most important tenant. Jaida makes living here a complete joy. Hands down the best ever!! She makes you feel like family.
