We've been here a year now. Any issues We've had, have been addressed quickly and resolved quickly. The maintenance guys are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Could use a new stove and dishwasher. Both are so old, I'm surprised they work at all. But at least they work. Overall, it seems the staff cares about the tenants and does their best to get problems resolved in a timely manner. Thank you!

Great place to live IF you have no issues, or don't need water. Water has been turned off on more than numerous occasions (for awhile there it was weekly). Sometimes it is "scheduled" maintenance and we get a note on our doors, sometimes not. The notes are useless as they NEVER get the water turned back on when they say they will. So, if you have a job, or anything that requires you to be somewhere by a specific time and therefore need to be showered and looking presentable, this place is NOT for you! Prefer the homeless hobo look? Then you've found your home😍

Still WAITING for management to fix jaccuja tub, I count on the jacuzzi for my pain . Tub pump works for about 5 to 10 minutes then shuts to hardly nothing coming out. Been telling Shaun the maintenance guy all summer, and here we are in the cool weather, SO DISAPPOINTED they don't seem to care. Other than the jacuzzi NOT WORKING PROPERLY, LOVE IT HERE. PLEASE FIX ..update, thank you Natalie for getting the jacuzzi tub fixed. Like i stated, I love it here. So happy now. 😁😎😎

This is a very nice place to live. However if you advertise a heated pool it should truly be heated especially in the winter when it is cold. I love to swim and it is one of the reasons I moved into this place. But at 86°it is not warm enough for the winter months. Also the jacuzzi never works. The jets are slow and it turns off after five minutes. Don’t advertise this as a selling point if it is indeed not a selling point. Other than that, I really like the office staff! They go above and beyond to help you! When I have an issue Shaun or Jose are there I fix it immediately and Natalie is very
