I was pleasantly surprised by the experience at La Borgata. The leasing staff AND maintenance crews were polite and responsive; the grounds are well kept; it was quiet and peaceful; and the price is pretty fair. The location is PRISTINE as you can comfortably walk to several restaurants, Sprouts Grocery, and other misc stores and shops. My preconceived thoughts of moving back to apartment living were quickly squashed by the great experience at La Borgata.

This is a beautiful property and just the right size. The pool is gorgeous and the grounds are meticulously kept. Our apartment home was exactly what we were looking for and was in immaculate condition when we moved in.The staff is awesome... from Bernice and Amanda in the office to Glen and Patrick in Maintenance. Any time we had questions Bernice and Amanda were always cordial and more than willing to assist, and any time we had to contact maintenance they were there the same day to address the problem. This staff takes great pride in keeping the property in tip top shape. We highly recommend

Pros:
1. The staff are professional and amiable
2. Home repairs are quick and reliable.
Cons:
1. The Sauna hasn't worked for 3 months, even after they said it was fixed.
2. Gym equipment has been stolen and not replaced (2 yoga balls, foam roller, and medicine ball)
3. The recumbent bike is broken
3. One of the treadmills is broken
4. The pool is not heated. It "broke" last year, and they made excuse after excuse to fix it until it was summer and the pool was heated by the sun. 5. The gate is always open.
Conclusion:
