Besides the staff place would be a 5start in my opinion but one bad experience is at it takes to get the 1 star. I never expected someone who works in the office to cuse me out but it happened only bad experience I had but now I avoid the office people shouldn’t be that way at a place I call home.

My experience here has been nothing short than awesome. Erica (manager) does a really good job keeping things right for the community. On Saturday I woke up to my AC not properly cooling. Placed a call to the emergency line and an hour after that James (maintenance) was there to handle the issue. I did my part early on changing batteries in the thermostat and changed the filter. James came inside to make sure everything inside was proper. Then he went outside and saw the issue. He had what was needed allready so it was a quick fix. Thank you James. This is a good starter complex for young people

We lived here for a year & it was great! Never had any issues in our 1B1B the whole time. We would’ve loved to stay but we needed a bigger place for our family. It is a safe place for everyone. We never felt unsafe while living here, and it was nice & quiet. The property is kept up very well & looks beautiful. We will miss Erica, Tiffany, & the great maintenance team! Thanks for everything!

We've been here over a year now and personally I love It! Great place! Has a playground for the kids and Pet walk area, yes I said Pets are allowed! Which is definitely a Plus because I have a furr baby! Omg and I love the valet trash too. Erica the Manager is super great and very concerned about the residents and their homes. Tiffany is also amazing very resourceful and their very helpful as well. With all the city noises and city life on the outside am very grateful I found a place I can call Home Sweet Home.

I have been living in this community for a year now and I absolutely love everything about living here. First off the Management Team, Office Team and the Maintenance Team are a group of outstanding people. The process from first inquiring the apartment to actually moving in was a smooth and simple process thanks to the team in the office. Specifically Erica just helped us from beginning to end and is always there of we need anything and happy to help. Her hardwork and focus has made living here such a pleasure. My mother has lived at The Village at West Point for several years. Erica and Tiffany do an amazing job as management. From time to time, my mother's apartment needs maintenance and I can always count on a prompt response. Beyond that, Erica and Tiffany always make sure my mother's needs are met and she's comfortable. Overall, I'm very satisfied and I would recommend The Village at West Point.

Wow! I have to say moving here and going through what I have ben going through. These ladies have been amazing, Tiffany and the manager Erica. I love these apartments, should’ve signed a longer lease. Great location, quite. No issues. I’ve had some of my own issues and they were accommodating and I know that’s not the normal. So thank you

Absolutely adore living here. It's safe, it's clean, and the office goes out of their way to keep it that way! Huge shout out to Tiffany in particular, who has always been kind and understanding. My wife lost her job due to COVID-19 and as such we had financial issues. WOW, did this apartment complex go above and beyond with helping us. They're dog friendly too! Our neighbors are quiet for the most part and the kids stick to playing during the day.
My only complaint is that our parking space is pretty far, but when that's your only complaint I think you've found somewhere pretty decent.

I was moving from a different state and they charged me for the application fee "which I'm aware there's no refunds for that" they also charged me a holding deposit and they promise to give that back if you get denied for whatever reason...Well I got denied and I'm okay with that. After asking them for my refund which they promised and stand by it that they will refund you back...well 2 months down and no refund. They all act like nothing is going on. They take advantage of people's money. Tiffany and the Manager both said they will and have issued a refund that is

Lived here for a 13 month lease. The property itself is beautiful! The pool is always kept up and maintained, and surprisingly, isn't ever crowded. Anytime I had any maintenance issues, I usually had a knock on my door that day with someone to come and fix it for me. The manager (Erica) is so kind and attentive to her tenants. If I EVER had an issue she went to great lengths to make sure we were taken care of. If we didn't have a toddler who was antsy for a backyard, we would have totally released! Super grateful for our time here! The apartment grounds itself are always maintained on

My family and I moved from California, so I expected the process to be extremely stressful- but it wasn't! Martin was WONDERFUL! I have lived in a few apartment complexes, and the offices tend to fall short of expectations. However, he never disappoints! Superb customer service, wonderful personality, and a very "can do" attitude. Every concern I've had, he has helped with and made this move incredibly easy on me. We came to tour the apartments (by the way- the pictures DONT do it justice. The grounds/layout itself are stunning.) and we were instantly sold. The grounds are quiet

DO NOT RENT HERE! They are extremely shady and stupid. For instance they closed the pool for cleaning during our kids spring break! Obviously a terrible idea!
Managenent was unresponsive to repairs that were needed and we went over 24 hours with a broken ac for a repair that took them about an hour.
But now that I've been gone they are trying to exploit money from me! I paid all fees and even extra at move out. I paid nonrefundable cleaning and deposit up front! Yoy cannot trust them, find somewhere else.

I love this place it's a great place to live staff is awesome the grounds are always kept clean the pool is always clean heated in the winter the gym is awesome the community is great we have all the shopping centers and restaurants the banks the neighbors is awesome I mean it's a great place to live come on down and check it out you'll love it I'm not just saying that.

Frauds! Lived here for 11 months and missed rent one month and received a 5 day notice for eviction. After ON TIME PAYMENTS every month. The entire staff is rude which my neighbors also would complain to me about and never answers questions for you. I couldn't pay the early termination due to not making enough at the time. 3 months later I called the complex to find out how much I would need to pay to get the eviction off my credit. Jennifer had told me I owed $6,000 in cleaning and Early termination for my 13 month lease! Come to find out I actually only owed $750 which I found out from

My boyfriend moved in 3 years ago. Had troubles with the neighbors who were constantly making random complaints about him. The management told him that they would be willing to break the lease if he paid the fees. He paid them the fees he owed and moved out. Now, we're trying to rent another apartment and found out they filed it under an eviction. We went there several times trying to ask them for proof and explain to them it was a broken lease... they refuse to listen. Won't show us any paperwork and claim he owes them $1200 in cleaning charges. He only lived there 1 month and cleaned
