I want to compliment Fred and Craig for working so well together to correct my plumbing issue.
Whenever I submit a work order, it is completed in a timely fashion.
When checking my mail this evening, a group of boys were tossing a football 'over' the path. One boy shouted, "Stop throwing!" and halted their game until I had gathered my mail and crossed again.
Of course there are poorly behaved children here but many that I encounter are highly respectful and good.

We have lived at Lake Pleasant Village since April, 2021. We love it here. Jennifer and her management team have been quickly responsive to any issues we had and made moving in as easy as pie. My family enjoys all the wonderful amenities; BBQ areas, swimming pool, jacuzzi and grounds are well maintained. The neighbors are friendly and the building in general is quiet and due to the excellent construction we never hear our next door or upstairs neighbors. Highly recommend this complex.

The parent company is invested in the people and properties.they are getting the job done and doing it as best they can and still keep our rent affordable. We applied in person on April 27th for a 3 bedroom apartment with Cindy Sumpter and provided all needed documentation. We gave her $150 money order for holding fee. Was told we would know in 3 days. When I called on Friday, Jennifer Baxter let me know she was missing employment verification. We explained we had emailed that to Cindy. It was apparently misplaced and we brought a hard copy to Jennifer. The following week, Cindy called me to let me know that corporate would probably deny us for over income. This was not true. I was forced to take up residence here and I moved in to February 10,2020 big mistake, I was homeless because of the rat, scorpions, termites, insects and other insects in the apartment at Riverbend ll Apartments but, that's another horror story. Ive been here for years. the reviews are so true and ACCURATE. You have ppl hanging out from day to night near bbq areas which near your apt. it's like they picnic and hang out as if is a park on the sidewalk. it says non smoking it's not ... there's a bunch of chain smokers and mgt does enforce this non smoking ruke .... and there's zero upgrades in the apts. please think twice. if you have tough it out because your unable to move due to a child in school or work in the area, just move in the end there's no change and the property has gone down to hollow star ghetto

Management goes above and beyond for their tenants. The only thing you must do is pay your rent AND adhere to the rules.
Jen in the front office is wonderful!
I am going in my 7th year here and I am blessed. It's a safe area where you can take a walk. Those who speak negative about these apartments are most likely those who did not pay rent or adhere to the rules.

I have resided at Lake Pleasant Village for one year. I have found Jennifer to be an amazing employee, so helpful with every issue I have brought to her attention. Professional yet friendly, very knowledgeable, follows through on phone calls, and has gotten everything I've needed done finished in a timely manner.
