10/30/2020 Update: Well, COVID has thrown a wrench into moving plans, so I'm unfortunately stuck here for now. Some changes since my first review - management has now push the cost of water/sewer onto tenants, so renters are expected to pay for ALL their own utilities, in addition to the expensive rent they're being charged. (Mind you - the water utility company doesn't include a return envelope to mail your check, so you either have to pay for envelopes yourself or pay your bill online, where they up-charge you for online processing. Seriously?!). With what they're charging

This is a fantastic community to live in. The property manager (LaDonna) is incredibly helpful and friendly which is a nice benefit to have when living in an apartment. However, this place doesn't feel like a regular apartment complex. You rarely (if ever) will hear your neighbor, and the views of the Mississippi are something we will miss.
