Living here has been an incredible experience! Affordable housing with high cleanliness and amazing management! Shannon is so flexible, personable and truly cares for the tenants here. Would recommend this place to friends and family!

Through the pandemic Shannon (office manager) has provided resources for rental, utilities and food assistance which residents have been approved for. Guidance has been such a relief especially with the prompt attention given. 5*!!

I have lived here for a little over 2 1/2 years and I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with both Shannon and Nelson! They have always been quick to help with anything from maintenance issues to needing a copy of my lease agreement! I honestly can’t praise them both enough for everything they have done to make my kiddos and I feel safe in this little place we call HOME 🏡. Thank you 🙏 so much for EVERYTHING!! Shannon, Emily, and Nelson were absolutely great to work with. Always prompt with responses and attention to service requests which were quite minimal in the three years I've lived here. I actually regret moving as when it comes to price, size of the unit, the cleanliness of the grounds, and overall service and experience, this place is great. I had a three bedroom unit that comfortably fit my family of five. We used the pool often and it was always kept very clean and well maintained, in addition to the lawn. It's a secured access building with cameras and I felt my kids and I were safe at all

I've lived in Albertville Meadows apartment complex for 5 years so that says a lot about the community. Maintenance and management (Shannon) is amazing and always looking out for the residents. My family and I feel safe, supported and part of our own community in STMA.

I’ve been renting here for 2 years, and am going on my 3rd. Nice units, affordable rent, and very kind staff! Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly, and efficiently. The staff here really care about the folks living here, and they make sure to get issues sorted quickly.

I have lived at Albertville Meadows for 2 years and I really like it. It's affordable, the property is well kept, and the staff is great. With COVID going on things have been tough but Shannon has been great! She helped me apply for COVID assistance and made sure I had everything I needed to be approved. It made a very stressful situation a little less stressful.

We lived in the apartments since 2012 up until 2015, when we moved to the townhomes up until December of 2019 and had a great experience. The management is always very polite. The maintenance is always quick and great at their job. During the entire 7 years, we only had positive experiences. We will have many great memories of the time we spent living at Albertville Meadows. We highly recommend. 5 stars.
