Up to 2 pets per home are allowed at this community. An additional deposit and pet rent will be required. A veterinarian must certify the breed of the dog and a record of vaccinations must be provided to the property prior to approval. Certain floor plans may have different amenities depending on when they were updated, what building they're in, etc.

A little pricey considering utilities are not included in rent, but overall a great place to live. I've had no issues at all and the staff here are very friendly and helpful. Really nice neighborhood too; the tentants in my building have been quiet and kind. Underground parking included in rent and a nice pool area. Lots of parking for guests as well which was a huge perk. I've had a good experience here.
