I moved in these apartments April 2020. I love my apartments, the community, the peace . I stayed there for 4 mos . On July 1st 2020 . I got a knock on my door. It was the maintenance man . He asked me my name . I told him . He left and came back an hour later with a letter . The letter stated that they had no proof of an application, pay stubs, no rent that had been paid . Very confused I bring my proof to the office . Initially they have no tenant ledger for me because technically I didn’t live there . The manager still proceeded to take another money order from me . I've been here for only 2 months so this review might be a bit early to fully illustrate this place. The management is very friendly and professional but they have a large workload and a little patience mixed with the right amount of reminders goes a long way. The few minor maintenance issues we had when we first moved in were addressed right away. The phone buzzer system is pretty neat and handy. The building is fairly well kept, some daily grime in the hallways but the cleaning service is regular enough in the common areas. The snow creates a big hassle moving vehicles but it's a necessary frustration

I moved in Dec 2016, No 1 bdrm was avail at that time, So i rented a 2 bdrm on 3rd floor for $860, until a 1bdrm opened on 2nd floor for the same price, since the 2 bdrm price was going up. Now this 1 bdrm rents for over $1000. Crazy how much rent has gone up!! I like my apt. Im very happy Nicole has come back to the office. The office has gone thru a few people. Nicole has been the best in there. A lot is put on her, to run 2 buildings by herself for so long. Just wrong to do to anyone, I hope she is compensated well. She deserves it!!

My intention was to write a quick five star review about my recent experience in the office with the “new girl “ because I believe that she should get recognized. However now having just read the previous review this will no longer be short and sweet. First off, I can honestly say that I love where I live now! The “new girl “ who is not actually new but to a lot of us who live at Dove Tree she is only because she worked at the other site. However she is fantastic! The place itself is rather nice. Acceptable appliances, nice facility, quiet neighbors... but my experience with the office staff is less than satisfactory. I’ve seen them turnover three different people working the office over the last year. The staff is either incompetent (untrained?) or at least super flighty. I’ve been trying to get ahold of them for the past two weeks, they don’t answer my emails or calls, and no one appears to be in the office during the afternoons. Mind you, I get home at 3 or 3:30, and most days the sign is up for “out for lunch” or they are just closed. Very
