Evans Meadows is a dog and cat friendly community. We allow up to two pets per apartment, with no weight limit. Dogs and cats must be spayed or neutered and shots up to date. Vet records may be requested. Other small or caged animals allowed, please call for details.

After moving here monthly,we found bed bugs and reported to the manager in time. We didn’t sleep well all night and got bitten in a lot of bags. The manager said he knew about this thing and called pest control to kill the bugs, and we thought the problem was solved!, also they disinfected the entire building, the garage. What’s bad is that the manager later said that no bed bugs were found in the next room，we have many beds.We moved the bed to the living room on the day the insecticide company came, there was luggage on it before. Ask us to pay this fee one thousand some…A terrible experience！

I have stayed here for 10 months and it was very nice place to live. Friendly neighbors and surprisingly quiet complex. Property is kept in good shape and staff are prompt and friendly. Maintenance is quick to respond and has fixed everything not only properly but usually the next day. Washer, dryer and dishwasher in most units is a huge plus.
Highly recommend! Probably the best apartments you can get in Elk River.
