We are really beside ourselves. We met this wonderful lady. We will call her Jo. We applied for this 3 bedroom apartment. We put down the deposit. We even signed in to our new apartment sign in to pay rent. Had our apartment number and map to it. Jo was off the next day so we spoke to another lovely lady and she totally helped us out with all of this and said she had our application in. Next day I got a text from Jo and she said can you call me I said yes give me a few. I called and she was out showing an apartment. Then they closed, no call or text. The facilities are nice but don’t judge a book by it’s cover. Tuscany apartments are poorly managed. If you decide to move here be sure to ask EVERY single question you can think of. Whether the information is important or not they will not inform you. If you have a dog I see pets off leash, vicious animals and they don’t seem to care about those “restricted breeds” most apartments do.

We love it here and recommend this being a place you call home. The only downfall I would have to say is that in the mornings when I’m leaving for work there is so many cars from the streets coming in to use this as a short cut so I find myself waiting to get out of here. I wish we had a gate or something at one of the entrances/exits. Other than that, it’s worth it.

My car and my husbands car were both broken into within a month. I called the office and Jessica told me that the cameras worked and she’d look into it and give me a call back. NEVER heard back from her. Nothing was ever done. Also, I’ve had multiple things stolen off of my first floor patio including a welcome sign. If you have pets, they will charge insane amounts when you move out. When we signed the lease, we were told by Laurie that they charge $500 to replace carpets if needed when moving out. They charged us $800 even though we paid monthly pet rent equivalent to over $1,000 and a $600

My husband and I have lived here for a total of 26 months. As far as staff and maintenance are concerned, I have had a great experience. Maintenance requests are placed online and I believe it does have an option to request a call.
They try to create a community atmosphere by planning monthly events for tenants. Personally, I have had no issues with my neighbors. Most people keep to themselves which I feel is absolutely fair. Beautiful spot, quick to fix any problems, big dog community. But they will take you for all your worth when you try to leave. After talking with several people who just moved out, I was the lucky one with my $400 bill... some were closer to $1,000!
