First off, our first month we had no working AC, it took my calling every single day for them to finally replace the unit. then every month after our rent has been paid, they claim it hasn’t and charge us late fees as if rent hasn’t been paid. they also refuse to fix things in a timely manner, my sink was broken for months and they told me to just use the other bathroom, “for now” as if my rent didn’t include 2 bathrooms. they are sloppy and poorly managed. beware of seldin group and the flatwater apartments.

There is dishonesty with Flatwater Apartment when it comes to billing mostly other bills(Conservice utilities) and deposit refund. Can you imagine billing you over $1000 because of adding some stains on stained carpet and a stove cleaning? This is unfair and cheating. So, if you rent here, know that your deposit will not be not refunded either in part or full plus paying extra more for things you shouldn't pay. Sad!

I tried to do self tour I waited here for an hour rescheduled in trying to do it again the Box doesn't work I called leasing office and she had me in her several different codes in the Box didn't work after 20 minutes of that and then I rescheduled for Sunday I get the same cold same message so apparently this place doesn't really want to rent anything because I also set up self Toure where they come here and meet me but they did not show up so I'm done with this place good luck I wish
