Shadow Ridge Apartments

I lived here for 4 years with my Wife, and we loved it. We had occasional issues, but Laura and the maintenance team always took take of them immediately. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone.

The court yard is nice the office is nice and the pool is nice. Noticing some buildings are old and need an upgrade. Some old buildings are even fire hazards, maintenance most often has attitude and have trouble following through on projects. The stairs to get into one building is like climbing a mountain. If they fall down those stairs I can see someone dying. Never swim in the pool on the 4th of July unless you like swimming in saliva. Ladies in office are helpful wonderful people! I love it here despite some issues and I look forward to seeing how they change and improve!

We like this place, we have been here @ 9yrs now like the office staff, and all the maint. guys good home life here😀

Laura (the manager) and Meagan (the assistant manager) are fantastic. They are both very nice, always take the time to answer of all my questions, and are proactive with my requests. They are doing a great job and so far I am happy here. I would definitely recommend this community to a friend.

Moved in over the weekend.
This apartment Definitely has something I would change if I were the owner.
But otherwise great place.
Maintenance Was right on top of a few things that needed attention right away.
Managers are super friendly, pool, grounds super unkept and clean!
TONS of room and storage in apt!
Neighborhood is quite.
FEELS like home.
My family and I are super excited to be here and can’t wait to see what the future has for us in our new apartment!

What a joke.11 years.living here.first building 8516 now 8530. Arson, burglary, maintenance is under neighborhood watch.management needs a closer look! Lavista.garages burned down. In my building stranger danger.my hound loves it.

I have lived in these apartments for almost a year, I just renewed my lease because I love it here! The grounds are beautiful and the management is taking steps to improve it! We've had issues with one of our entry doors either being tampered with or being propped open and broken, and maintenance has been great to stay on top of the issue! Management is really kind and helpful to the residents, and work orders get done in a very timely manner!
I'm excited to stay for another 18 months!

I lived here for 5+ years. I loved living here
Management was great and lots of exciting holiday activities. Examples Trick or treating for kids at the clubhouse as well as Santa. They also had a lot of contests for Holiday decorations for decks etc. Love, love, love this place. Also, it is in a great location. Super saver, Walmart, public library, dollar tree plus more very very close. Most within walking distance. 👍

Truly the biggest bang for your square-footage buck. I lived in a one bedroom apartment here with 850 square feet for $545/month. Nice-sized pool, but the fitness center left something to be desired. One of the best things about these apartments are the walls.. I had noisy neighbors across the hall, but I honestly had no idea how noisy they were until I was in the hallway. There's somenthing to be said for 1970's construction. My only complaint is not having a washer and dryer in the unit. I lived on the thrid floor and lugging a basket of laundry up and down the stairs got old. I would
