I lived here from April 2020-May 2021 in 804. The first manager wasn’t the best but the new lady that came in is great. We had no issues with bugs and maintenance was quick to come out. (Although they leave a mess for you to clean up sometimes) I gave four stars because I could hear everything from the upstairs neighbors which is why I moved out.

This property manager is the most disrespectful, rude, apathetic person I have ever met. I have reported my encounter with this property to the Better Business Bureau because the interaction was so unprofessional. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!! Unless you enjoy verbal abuse and getting scammed. I wish 0 stars was an option.

The management of this complex does not have the tenants best interest at heart. She does not return phone calls or respond to people wanting to rent apartments in a timely manner.
(I had stopped by on a Saturday to check out apartments and after talking to other tenants, decided not to rent from this manager.)
When she does respond, she is very rude and dismissive. Sad, but true.

Worst management ever. Very snotty and unprofessional. I lived there for 4 years and didn't have a problem until Nadia took over. Their communication sucks. Renters beware.

The worse place to live. I am currently in the process of searching for new living. They charge you late fees on your rent when you turn rent in on the 5th just because they don’t get to it til the next day that’s nobody fault but there own. As long as it says the 5th they souls not be able to charge you a late fee. Once I’m gone i will never recommend this place to anyone. They don’t fix anything. They can’t keep management here. It’s just rediculious.

Very bad management and if you ever want something fixed in your home then you might have to wait months for it. These apartments are priced way too high for what you get back in return from them. Go live somewhere else please. I don’t even think this place deserves to still be running. Should just tear it all down

Look for somewhere else to live. Washers and dryers are constantly broken, pool is closed majority of the summer, and you are paying too much for what you get here. Front office doesn't have any idea of what's going on even when you go down and talk to them in person. My apartment got bed bugs from awful neighbors and it took over a week and a half to get anyone in there to get rid of them. People's kids from other buildings run around screaming in the hallways and making huge messes. It's just not worth it.

Great place to live. Only bad thing for me and my wife was the parking. We decided to break our lease because we felt we wanted more space and at the time tara heights didnt have anything available. The complex manager worked with us when breaking the lease so that we could move in to the new place and not get screwed completely with rent at tara heights. If you are a sketch person that has trouble paying bills or who is dependant on other people solving your problems for you, this place might not be for you. Responsible people that pay their bills on time and dont make excuses will enjoy tara

This property has no personal remorse for the tenants. My daughter moved in, in August got sick and put on leave of absence (she did call and let them know the situation) and she was forced to vacate with only being late on 1 month.
