These apartments look gorgeous, BUT the walls are extremely thin. I mean paper THIN. They charge for “luxury”, but have the cheapest walls I have ever experienced in my life. It drives me insane as I rarely get good sleep because of all of the noise. Management just tells you to call the cops when you complain, but… this isn’t the neighbors fault, it’s the walls. Lower your monthly rent, or be honest with people when applying. I feel so screwed over. I would never suggest anyone to move here, never.

First and foremost, the niceness of the apartments, and the community in general, are a HUUGGEE bandaid and deflection of just how shittily this place was built. The walls are plywood and you can literally hear EVERYTHING. We hear full on conversations AND SNEEZES from our neighbors below us, we hear TV’s, surround sound systems, drawers opening and closing, closet doors closing, etc etc. You name it, it’s heard.

Just sharing our experience here at lux 96 for the future tenant, just make sure To do a mock tour and use Internet before you move in to these apt complex. we moved out here on dec 1 st and was told everything is ready to move in , and we paid in cox service with the rent but we are told we won’t have Internet service till dec 8th. Talked to manager Sylvia. She said pretty much the same thing , nothing on her hand. We don’t feel positive vibe here anymore. We are stuck here and feel helpless. Service is not worth money they charge you .

I currently live here. And honestly it’s by far the worst apartments I’ve lived at because of noise.I’ve never had to complain about noise before till now. Apartments are poorly done. I kid you not, it’ll drive you crazy. I can hear literally people’s conversations on both sides of our apartments. I can hear LITERALLY EVERYTHING. I’ve put in complaints, but neighbors don’t seem to listen. People on my right, I hear there conversations and when they use the bathroom, people in my left side have loud dogs that stomp loud at 4:30am and you can hear everything they do in the living room

After leaving my last my apartment, this place feels like a dream. They feel very nice, smell good, and have nice fixtures and appliances. The 9 ft ceilings are also super nice. Also the amenities and security levels are amazing. Management has been attentive and nice as well as maintenance. However there are definitely some cons, most notable the lack of insulation. We face the street so the sound of cars is quite loud. I can hear our neighbors pretty clearly which is also annoying. And with that lack of insulation comes COLD. If the blinds aren’t closed during the winter prepare to be freezing

Management Lilliana was told we was looking for our first apartment and I was asking a lot of questions and couldn’t answer most of them right off the bat. I didn’t have credit and my wife didn’t have a job at that point in time and she didn’t tell us anything about getting a statement letter from her job soon as she got one as in how much my wife makes and so on. Couldn’t help us on anything did the math wrong on paper work and everything. Upper management needs to look over this persons work due to all her mess ups we caught

We just moved in and could not be more thrilled with our choice. I came from a complex that I couldn’t speak one good thing about, and Lux has completely changed my mind on apartment living. I was so nervous to have another year of a bad experience but the application, and move in was a breeze. Christina helped me the whole time and she was an absolute pleasure to work with through the whole thing. The units are quiet and so beautiful. We had one maintenance request and they showed up the next day to help us out. Amenities are fantastic (can’t wait for the pools in the summer) and not to mention

I don't recommend this apartment complex to anyone. We lived there for 2 years and rented both a 1 bedroom and a 2 bedroom. We moved out in June of this year and completed all move out tasks. 4 months later I received a letter from a DEBT COLLECTOR saying that I owed Lux96 $120 with no explanation. I NEVER received a letter or a digital statement from the apartment complex saying that I still owed money from our last month there. I called and they told me it was because we never put a deposit down for the 2nd apartment so we owed money for cleaning and ending our utilities. Finding this odd that

Lux has been our home for almost a year. We went from building 10 (an elevator building) and a one bedroom with a den to now building 3 (no elevator building) and a 2 bedroom with a den. The only downfall is… the elevator part. Everyone we have met throughout the apartments has been kind and happy with their choice of home! We have already signed onto living here another year and possibly looking at 2 years. They are always doing things to make sure the tenants are happy and having fun with food trucks, adding new amenities, and food bars in the clubhouse. We love Lux!! And so does Oli.

I just moved in and I love it already! Sylvia the manager is just great, the office girls have personality plus. Any request I have had has been taken care immediately by Brad & Abel the maintainer men. As I enter my build it is clean & the grounds are green & beautiful trees. The renters with pets clean after their pets. My apartment is… beautiful & well thought out for space. Windows let in a lot of light!! I came from the Tuscany which I now call the Getto of Papillion. Everything the opposite of The Lux. I am home & hope to be here for a long time!! Thank you The

This apartment complex looks and seems very nice when you look at it. But looking at it doesn't give any insight to the customer service you will receive here. At first the property manager is really nice and is trying their hardest to get you what you want/need. Then when you end the lease contract that's when they are no longer helpful.We moved… out on 2/28/19 and of course had a balance for "damages and cleaning" BE AWARE OF THE SPECIAL PROVISIONS AND ADDENDUM'S IN THE LEASE. I had to ask the property manager if we have a balance due or are getting a refund in the middle of March. We

I have never had such a terrible experience with any apartment company, let alone customer service company in my life. I am so disappointed and have been treated so poorly. My husband and I got locked out of our apartment after hours. Full disclosure, it was our fault. We left our keys in our car in our garage and left the garage by using the… garage door as it was closing. So could not get back in. This was an accident that any human could make, and our first time at that. Because we rent (and lets be real, these apartments are NOT cheap), we expect to have the help and support in times
