Our firm has been successful multiple times this fiscal year in challenging USCIS on denials and Notices of Intent to Deny or Revoke. Specifically, we have had received approvals for several petitions where USCIS has incorrectly asserted that two petitions filed by completely separate companies are prohibited under the regulations as being filed by "related entities" who do not separately have a business necessity for its petition.

Strongly recommend Akula. They guided us through the H-1B process to a favorable finish, ie our H-1B petition was approved. Akula's attention to detail was extraordinary, nothing got by them. They were good teachers as well. We know nothing of immigration law but despite our many questions they were patient and made sure we understood what we were doing and why. Toki Olowo and Maggie Bannon were both very professional, of high integrity and just plain old a pleasure to work with. This is the second time we've used Akula and when the need arises we will use them again.

I spoke with one of the lawyers of this firm for a potential H1B application for a candidate. I really liked the fact that i was able to speak with a competent person without any problem and any upfront fees. She explained the process, fees etc. I am very inclined to recommend them to any of my friends as they are open and accessible. Now a days you cannot speak with anyone unless you pay $200 upfront for 30 mins of discussion. I will be more than happy too use them in future for work visa/immigration needs.
