Mr. Michael Canton is the absolute best immigration lawyer.
I met with 2 lawyers before meeting Mr. Canton: one was very expensive and I could sense the discrimination 100%, he said: “ you will be deported there’s no way out” (despite the fact that I legally came here and have the cleanest record but there was a misunderstanding in the process that was NOT my fault). The other lawyer seemed inexperienced and complicated which I truly did not need at the time. When I met Mr. Canton, I could tell by his calm demeanor, reputation by judges, and certificates that he KNEW his stuff. Pricing was

I have used this law firm for a decade now and they have been brilliant every time. Two times in particular I had horrible odds to get a positive result and one of them was a hearing to stop deportation. They won that for me and I got to stay in the country. Years later, I applied for citizenship and was rejected. They appealed it for me and somehow we won. This firm literally saved my life in this country multiple times. I'm forever grateful!

Gary and Maricela were amazing during the whole process. I began the process while living in Tennessee before moving to South Carolina. The office was very detailed and professional with handling my case even with me having moved locations mid way through the process. The firm also helped me navigate the waters of a previous low level arrest which could have had effects on my process. With their expertise and constant help the process was relatively smooth and concluded in a timely manner. Green card holder now!

This law firm is a joke. Michael canton was my immigration attorney for a very important and pretty open and shut case which he managed to fail miserably to properly handle. He did nothing but get me deported and waived my rights to an appeal WITHOUT consenting me at any point all while I was in the process of a U-VISA (by law they where should have released me because they weren’t supposed to deport people in the process for a u visa) and with NO CHARGE. He extended my case as long as he could to try and squeeze as much money as he could out of us then began to ignore our calls and do nothing

I hired Michael Canton for my immigration case. He didn't show up on the day of interview, Paid for something never happened at the original price, thought it's a bit unfair.
Also, paralegal Maricela Munoz hasn't been helpful at all. She is rude towards the questions you ask and if there anything up she will ask you to go figure out on your own. (What am I paying you for if i have to google the answer and documents on my own?)

Michael Canton, the more I say about him is less. He is the more professional attorney I've ever met in my life! My husband and I went to him when it was time to apply for naturalization for my husband after he'd been here for 10 years on a green card. He took care of the whole process and we were kept up with regular updates from his legal aid and 6 weeks before our interview we received a phone call and then an email from Kaye who is his legal assistant about the interview date.
