These people are deceptive, i am a very good listener, if you tell me something, i will take your word. They told me a price in the beginning of my consultation and when it came time for them to go to court and work for me, they wanted to double charge the original agreed upon price. i was told to read my contract, I didn't really read my contract because (1) it was sent through my phone and it was to small and to long to read. To make a long story short, i went to court and i was encouraged by my representative to take probation because it was that long, I didn't take it, found another counsel

Initially I gave a $2000 retainer to one lawyer who started my case filing. A couple of weeks into it that lawyer left the firm and my case was given to another lawyer. It took the new associate over a month to contact me and introduce himself. After many ridiculous delays I sent an email on a Friday morning that "upset" him so he dropped my case.
I moved out of town shortly after that and haven't had an availability to retrieve my retainer from them. I called this morning (during their listed business hours) to tell her I was on my way and what I needed. I had to call again once

Mr. Saputo handled a occupation license for me. Between Mr. Saputo and Ashley the process was super easy! Pretty much all I had to do was show up to court and mail in $10 to the state, and they took care of the rest! Cannot say enough great things about Saputo Law Firm. I would definitely use this firms services again, although I really hope I never have to haha.
