Super unprofessional…. His response to me was rude and he seemed bothered with having to take my call. He said “I can’t help you” and after a long pause (me waiting for an explanation of why he can’t help) I asked is it because it’s an older ticket and again he seemed bothered with having to respond to me. Don’t waste your time.

I hired this law firm and less than a week later I received a knock on the door indicating I was being arrested, I called and they picked up immediately and were able to straighten everything out within minutes. This is not a legitimate law firm. It is nothing more than some scumbag and his assistant scamming people for services they have no intention of providing. I am filing a dispute with my bank for the payment I made to this "firm" to represent me in a case involving an improper lane change. I have a court date for this matter in two days and have been unable to get a hold of anyone from this "firm" to discuss whether I need to appear personally, etc. I will also be filing a grievance with the State Bar of Texas for professional misconduct.

I used Traylor Law Firm to help me out with two traffic violations. One in Farmers Branch for speeding, and another in Highland Park, where the officer claimed I ran a red light. The fee for each case was $75, or $150 total. I remember thinking to myself, not bad if I can get out of one or both of these.
I wasn't arguing the Farmers Branch Ticket, but I absolutely did not run a red light in Highland Park, which I made sure to tell Traylor Law firm, hoping they could pull up a traffic camera or something... anything...

The Traylor Law Firm is nothing short of a fraud. I paid $75 for them to assist with a speeding ticket in Highland Park and not only did they provide very little information, follow through or clear instructions but now I'm stuck with a $232 bill on top of the $75. Maribel Diaz was completely ineffective in responding to emails and sent me a hard to read scanned copy of a disposition with no instructions. She said let me know if you have questions, which I DID, and she never responded. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS LAW FIRM. IT'S A SCAM AND EASY WAY TO CHARGE $75 WITHOUT DOING ANYTHING AND COMMUNICATING

I had gone to court for the initial appearance got them to simply fine, me no points, or take it to court. I then hired David hoping he could get it cancelled. They did go to court for me and ultimately they had the same ruling I originally got on my own.
I reached out to Maribel to ask David for an explanation of what happened at the court date and have not received a response. This is the reason for the low rating. I have hired other

David Traylor and his team of experts are the real deal. They have a real command of the law and very keen sense of how to approach case in court to get a favorable outcome. Even his assistant Marabel, is absolutely persistent, articulate and professional. David is articulate, intelligent and has a clear command of the law and how it is applied in courtrooms across Texas. His advice was excellent and has proven over time to be 100% correct. (This was an issue where some language was open to interpretation.)
