Horrible value, horrible response time, and horrible customer service from even a law firm. No one there has a single clue what they're even doing besides just take your money. It was a shame that I wasted the time even trying to call them for non legal related matters. They don't do what they state they do online!

Winocour Law and Eren Castanon in particular took on my case of a red light ticket quickly and got a decision better than what the City of Dallas was ordering. I would use them again, but I hope that need does not come up.

Unfortunately I have had several traffic tickets for speeding. I called Winocour Law and they were able to significantly lower my fine and in some cases had the points reduced. Highly recommend.

Save your money. They ended up getting me Deferred Adjudication that I could've gotten on my own. What a waste of time and money by hiring them.

Perhaps if my experience was not in Richardson, then I would have had a different opinion. I know that there is not really a speeding limit in Texas. I don't drive 25 mph over the speed limit or anything, but I do drive with the rest of the flow of traffic around me.

I got a speeding ticket in Richardson, just before I was about to enter the freeway, heading towards 75 north near Renner and Campbell. I contacted Wincour Law, and retained their service for hire. I was expecting the ticket to be dismissed altogether, since I was going the same speed as others around me at the time.

I live in California and was travelling to Dallas. I was cited by a police officer for speeding 40 over the limit in Dallas. This was my very first time hiring an attorney, I saw the reviews of Winocour and contacted them. Within a few minutes, I got an email reply with a form to fill and the actual procedure to hire them. After I filled the form which was given to me, I was immediately contacted via phone and was explained how everything works. I was also informed that I would be contacted regularly via email with my case updates. I was also told that possibly my ticket would be taken off my record

I was given Jonathan Winocours' name by a friend years ago. I have used Winocour Law for tickets. Ashley in the law office is so diligent, helpful, patient, and quick. As long as she is there I will only use Winocour offices and refer them to friends. She made complicated situations easy and is easy to talk to.

This attorney's office is a rip off. A total scam. I went with this office instead of the attorney I normally use because the fee was 35.00 less than my regular attorney. The deal with Winocour is that they charge you another fee on top of the hiring fee. Totalling 205.00!!! My regular attorney does not charge you extra fees. I regret hiring them. I will not use them again and go back to the attorney I have always used... He has always managed to keep tickets off my record with the one time fee (unless I had to take defensive driving then I had to pay for the class of course). Lesson learned

Mr. Winocour and his staff were all very helpful, patient and understanding throughout my case. I was involved in a serious auto accident, and desperately needed someone to help with financial recovery. The other driver was underinsured, and there were other factors that made the case more complicated than it initially appeared on the surface.

I had a speeding ticket, failure to update address, and a warrant due to failure to appear in court. Giving those circumstances I was not sure on how much I can do to reduce any of it. I figured I would get an attorney and at the same time I was unsure on what they would be able to do.

I think it was great that they represented me in court and obviously probably tried to do what they could do in my best interest. The process was super easy did not have to do much other than keep in touch by email.
